Everytime I come in here I am technically deficient but I have to use the copier to retrieve email documents. I am so thankful for Jennifer, one of the workers, I believe that is correct name, forgive me if I got it wrong, but she solved a problem regarding my email retrieval when I was ready to pull my hair out! Thank you!! That made my day and I left with a smile on my face.

We have had two shipments and FedEx to be delivered to our home, both times the driver has been too lazy to even drive down the street! You try to call this place to find out why especially when we're sitting there waiting for him and then the next day we get an email saying we were not here. The bad part is you can't even call anybody to complain FedEx sucks
