I always have good experience with front of house customer service, but get more and more short changed with purchased services, rushed through, overpriced and not getting what I purchased. Service tech is short/rude or doesn't care, and disregards my requests, questions.

The customer care service, work done on time as quoted, suggestion to use my firestone card to spread out payments, and even though not sure if time to do a vehicle inspection, worked it in so I wouldn't have to make another trip and possible drop off. So appreciated.

Fantastic service. Clayton the manager and Brian Sprague very helpful in determining the problem got parts in brought me home had it fixed in 3 hours most of all done right done on time and priced so I can afford it. It’s the only place to take your vehicle for service

Listed hours are all over the place and wrong. Google says 7pm, the sign outside the building says 6pm, they actually close at 5pm.
