Told me I could get early access to NCAA and I'm still waiting. Why lie to make one sale, when you could of had a life long customer.

Placed a pre-order for college football last month, the capturing detail for me was 3 days early access, which was laid on me by the store manager. I even paid more to be able to ensure access to the game 3 days early. I got verbal confirmation from Dominia before finishing the transaction, even adding in another preorder to help the business as the customer service I had received was great to me.
However, after seeing conflicting reports about early access time, I wanted to double check the dates and finish paying my preorder so I wouldn’t have to stand in line and finish paying. I went in this past Saturday to pay and see when I could pick it up. Cody at the register helped me pay and let me know that I did have early access, and then let me know that he wasn’t quite sure when I could get it and told me to call back on Sunday. Which I did, in which the individual on the phone (possibly Dominia) told me that it was in fact the 16th for early access which I again had paid for.
Well I went in today, the 16th, and let Cody know I was there to pick up my preorder. In which I was informed that I would have to wait until the 19th which is as in fact the regular release date for the game.
It’s one thing for a newer employee to be confused and not know so I in no way blame Cody as he did the vest he could in a situation that was not of his making. However, for store leadership to intentionally mislead me in order to drum up business is not cool. This was something that was really important to me as I spent my hard earned money on this product through Gamestop only for them to not deliver on what was promised.
I used to be a PRO memeber, not anymore. That was the last straw, I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

The clerk used a blower on my Xbox to clean it when I was trading it in too close to the fan in the back and now it won’t show on the tv. She said it is defective when I used it all the time and even used it before bringing it in. She claimed that the blower can’t ruin the Xbox but I believe it did. I own a pc and I know if u use coming that blow that hard so close to it then things can get messed on the inside. I sold it anyways since she broke it because I wasn’t taking a broke system home.

So I went up there to purchase a game. I was using a store credit plus Cash forgot my card at the store because the tap doesn’t work the cashier name. Brandon was such a help and then when I went back to get my card and return he had taken another two bucks off what a awesome guy, he basically gave me my money back. Who does that this day and age thanks, Brandon.

Sent my friend some extra cash to get another friend who lives out her way some items for gaming as a present. The recording she sent me that was started halfway through her experience is atrocious and rude. I have encouraged her to submit this recording to higher in the company, after handing them proper information to do so. Please....do better. The common people are the only reason you are still in business.
