I came here recommended. I would absolutely not go to this place service and customer service horrible is not even the word. I originally came to get nails and toes done. They started with my pedicure and the steps were wrong. I did not recieve a massage. Before that I sat in the water for 20 minutes, no jacuzzi no nothing. Then getting started they did not put anything in the pedicure water. No powder no nothing. Finishing up she put lotion on me and then put me back in the water after I questioned. No response. I asked for a fill on my acrylic toes and you can still see where the original acrylic was. I asked for French tip and I mentioned I did not like it. And asked for more curve. She laughed . I said it again nothing. And then continues working they were not getting better. I told her to stop feelings hurt and sad and very disappointed. I told them I just wanted to go. They insisted on taking the acrylic off. Going to check out they charge me for the pedicure and the take off and acrylic. No compensation on my service that was supposed to be good received. Asked to speak to manager she interrupted and still nothing done. This is crazy I have never experienced this. And I was really excited to go. I’m so sad and disappointed.

Troy is amazing. He listens to what you want and guilds appropriately. He did an amazing job at exactly what I wanted. I do believe I have found my new nail home!

She did a really good job. I’m not a hard person to satisfy so in my opinion she did good, all though I wanted square I didn’t really get that my nails were not straight at the top. I will put a picture of what I wanted and what I got the one of what I wanted was the lighter skin toned women

Got a dip manicure and a gel pedicure with an appointment on Saturday, I was surprised that my nail beds themselves weren’t treated, she didn’t even clip my nails or file them. The dip color looked nice but a few days later, it has already cracked. My pedicure was nice and relatively thorough for the classic. I thought with the reviews that maybe it was as great as shop as everyone said but I found it relatively mediocre and I’ve gotten same level work done for cheaper.

They said didnt hv time to do my feet noone was getn feet done thet was getn nails so he could hv did them wasnt getn a pedicure just overlay on my two toes color fail them but its cool some other place had time didnt turn me away

They are prompt, I love the guy... sorry don't know his name. But he is slaying the nails. My feet feel Good and pedicure last until my next visit
