I don't know how enterprise is staying in business they never have any cars it is pointless to make a reservation even when you make it in advance

A little over 2 years ago I bought my car here. Within 30 days the engine blew. The owner offered to pay half on it (he knew he sold me a lemon, and felt guilty) so I accepted that and held off on writing this review. Well, since then I have had to take this car to the shop at least 8-9 times for different repairs. Just today my car engine blew again, this time the engine is burning oil from the inside. So they replaced my bad engine, with another bad engine. Extremely disappointed in this companies ethics. Avoid this place like the plague!!!! DO NOT come here, I am saving you money and peace of mind. Very disappointed and upset. I have spent more money fixing this car than what I bought it for

⚠️Long Post Alert⚠️I recently brought my first car a 2015 Hyundai Sonata from Raytown Auto Mall back in May. I saw the car I wanted to look at, requested an appointment to come look at the car in person, and test drove it. While test driving the car, me and my boyfriend heard a weird sound coming from the tires. My boyfriend told me it was either the rotors Or the breaks. We came back to the dealership and told our sales person (can’t remember his name) how much we liked the car, but that noise is very noticeable when pressing the breaks. A week later I came back to relook at the car and ultimately brought the car. While signing all my paper are work, the the owner told me that the rotors had been changed, oil & fluids changed, and he even placed all “brand new” tires on the car. Hearing all that I was sooo excited and happy for my first big purchase. Well...before the first month the car wouldn’t start on 3 different occasions. I took the car back to the dealership and the owner was apologetic and replaced the battery with no problem. On Month 2, I noticed the car started to become a little wobbly and that break/rotor noise was back. I took it to a mechanic and before he touched the car, he told me that it had been in an accident. Refusing to believe that Raytown Auto Mall would sell me a wrecked car, I went to another mechanic and he pretty much told me that the “new tires” were cheap new tires (not that upset about) and with the weather getting warmer an air bubble is bound to happen. As soon as the mechanic took the left tire off he told me the wheel alignment was not right as well and I need to get that fixed ASAP. So I had to spend $200 on front tires and another $125 on a wheel alignment. On to Month 3 (July), the passenger side window will not roll down unless the button is pressed on the drivers side. Who knows how much that will cost me! For this to only be month 3, I feel like there shouldn’t be any major issues but it has been. Overall my dealership experience was a breeze, but the car itself has been a big inconvenience. Long story short...if you don’t know anything about cars take a mechanic with you!

I had a great car buying experience at this location. The car salesman did not push additional services that I did not need. I purchased my car cash 3 weeks ago and it runs great. I would return to purchase another car

Best car buying experience ever! These guys go above and beyond to make sure you get a quality, safe vehicle. They did so much for us I still can't believe it. I will never buy from another dealer, officially a customer for life. I can't express enough how nice and helpful everyone there is from the manager to the mechanic and especially zach these guys care about what they do and you can tell from the moment you walk in the door.

I had a great experience getting a car from the auto mall. The salesman found me a 2008 Chevy Malibu loaded. And he let me test drive it until I knew this was the car for me. I love my Malibu and I thank Raytown Auto Mall!!!!
