Today was a good day ? Jessica was nice, helpful, provided multiple options for my labels to be printed, & had a great attitude! That is a far cry from the woman who has been in there for years - still may be. This is an excellent improvement!!!

I was just in this store trying to ask about a package that I am waiting for. The lady here wouldn't even let listen to me long enough to allow me to explain what has happened and why I was there. She immediately got an attitude and angry. She started yelling at me telling me that she don't work for UPS and" if I was there to yell at her to just get out." So I did tell her that I would be include this in my review so here it is. I work in retail and deal with lots of people every day so I know to at least hear out the customer before you make any judgement but apparently that is not what this person thinks. I will be sure to never use this location again for any of my postage needs or any services that they use. There are more and better options. Anyone reading this can make your own mind up but I will never recommend them. I don't think they are even worth the one star that I had to put here.

Just dropped off a package to be delivered. I must say that the staff are always pleasant and polite. To be so busy around the holidays the staff are equipped at providing quality services within the high demands.

Staff was very rude. I am a 68 yr old who has trouble walking. I made my way into this location, out of breath, there were no chairs to sit on. When I told them I had a Pic of my license on my phone, the employee said he needed to see a physical current ID. My purse was in my car and he made me go out to get it. By the time I got back in the store, I was out of breath and almost blacked out. I asked for a chair, they said they don't have chairs for customers. Finally the Mgr told him to get .a folding chair from the back. I pulled out my wallet, he did not ask me to pull it out so he could check if it was me or if it was valid, he simply glanced at the ID while it was still in my wallet. Then the manager got in my face and informed they don't work for UPS. It was a large heavy package and I asked if someone could carry it to my car. The manager picked it up, carried it to my car and when I went to take the package from her, she rudely informed me that carring packages was not her job. Very, very, rude.

I recently moved to Raytown and have used this location three times since. Each time I was expecting bad service because of the previous reviews. After three times, I am now ready to write my own review. The prior two times, I was returning stuff for Amazon or NewEgg. Both times I had read my return instructions and packaged up the contents appropriately. Both times, the drop off went smooth, simply have them scan QR code, they give me a receipt, and I walk out. Both times, less than two minutes. The employees were professional, not overly welcoming, but nice. The last time, I had to mail two return packages and mail my own. All three were packaged, the last one needed me to pay for it and them create a label. Everything went smoothly. No complaints. Also of note, on my 3rd visit, another customer had got upset that the UPS store employees didn't tape up the customer's box for free. The customer got upset, said a few things, and stormed out of the door, by the time I was done she had returned and yelled that a next door business gave them some tape for free. The only one I observed being rude, unreasonable, and unpleasant was the customer. I will continue to visit my local UPS store.

I have had numerous terrible experiences with the woman who runs/owns this location. She is so rude. I cannot emphasize enough how unpleasant it is to deal with her. She goes out of her way to be difficult and make something as simple as dropping off an Amazon return into an ordeal. Honestly, I dread when I have a return because she is so nasty, and unfortunately she is training others to treat people the same way. Today was the final straw. I saw her and her young employee treat a foreign man in a belittling and purposely obtuse manner. Truly awful. Followed by another rude service encounter of my own. I will no longer use this location, and because it's the closest location I will no longer be using UPS. I'm sorry that she is hurting the business brand, someone should do something about her.

Every time I come in this location the owner, Peggy, is extremely rude to me. Prior to today it had been a year since I was here. The last time I arrived she was literally yelling at an employee. Today I walked in the store and nobody was up front I waited and hollered to see if someone was in the store. When she finally strolled up to the front of the store I informed her I needed to make some copies. When I asked her how to get it started she yelled at me to read the sign. Then yelled that I needed the key. I admittedly hadn’t seen it by her little sign. Then yelled that I couldn’t leave the key on there. I left.This woman is the biggest hindrance to her business. And her replies to the reviews demonstrate just how delusional she is.

It's no surprise that this Raytown location has 140 1-star reviews. After using this store for years, I've just made my last visit. I carried in a box that I will ship today using my company account. My scale at home isn't accurate so I just wanted them to weigh the box. The lady at the counter shoved the box back at me and said, "We're not UPS employees! You need to bring this box back taped and labeled and just drop it off!" I then asked if I could pay to have her weigh it. That made her throw a little tantrum....she snatched the box back, slid it onto the scale and said, "18 pounds!" and then she turned her back and stormed off. Childish. I bought a roll of tape and left. So, now they have 141 1-star reviews. And, more coming, I'm sure.

I've been here twice for Amazon returns. But times I have been inside the office for <2 minutes. Drop the item on the scale, show the QR code from email, walk out. Top notch systems.
