I had such a positive experience getting my passport here! The ladies who helped me were so helpful, patient, and full of energy at 9am on a Wednesday. They made me feel welcomed and attended to the moment I walked in the door. We had lovely conversation and the process was so speedy and convenient. Also I HIGHLY recommend getting your photo done here as well. They did AMAZING with the photo!!!

Taylor was so amazing she went above and beyond to make sure that received my order. Somehow, my order which was sent via UPS ended up at my local post office. Because Taylor reached out to me I was able to received my order. I'm so grateful for her effort and support!

worst customer service ever. sat waiting for the the woman helping me to finish her conversation with the other two associates who also weren't helping. wouldn't even give me anything to write an address on, had to write it on the box. if I could give a zero i would.

This Post office STINKS ; They all should be fired . I have continually sent PRIORITY MAIL and they NEVER scan the items . I have packages that have been picked up by my mailman . Where did they go ? I have no idea !

I was surprised to see such a low star rating for the post office. I go there frequently for stamps and to mail packages, usually early morning, and I have never once had a bad experience.
The people who take my package are always courteous and knowledgeable and are very quick about the work. Only once was there a confusion over the address, but it was resolved quickly.

Went in to get a passport renewal not knowing it’s all online now, the workers didn’t even greet me or ask me to come up to the counter to see what they can help me with. Instead they looked at me and turned away. While I was in there another Hispanic woman went in and one curly head girl started asking if we were related acting like she’s never seen two Hispanic women at the same place before. Customer service was horrible, had a terrible experience and I was in there for no more then 10 minutes.

Clerk 90 was extremely friendly and professional in assisting me with my out-of-state address change along with getting packages that were en route to my old address paused. Highly recommended this location!!

I received a call that my package was at the ost office and I could pick it up. The post office closed at noon but to call and she would bring my package out, but when I arrived there he lady with the blonde braids kept saying where closed, I told her what the lady told me, but in a very nasty way she kept saying we’re closed.. I know they were closed, but I was told that I could get my package. Instead of saying we’re closed maybe she should have ask questions. Very rude.

Poor customer service. Lady on phone with boyfriend while trying to do passport. She didn't look at me and kept talking to boyfriend for minutes ignoring what she was suppose to do. I would be fired in my job. She is what gives government employees a bad name and reputation. Needs to be Fired!

Clerk 90 is the most unfriendly clerk I have ever seen for someone who is in that position. If you are that unhappy get a job in the back where you can’t be ugly to customers.

I don't why they provide package tracking. It is the most unreliable thing I have ever seen. Amazon, FedEx and UPS can track items with precision why can't they?

This Thurs Jan 9,2025 no mail delivery for four days now. And I live only a block from this 64133 post office. I am physically handi-capped or I would walk. WHERE IS MY MAIL?????

Literally will not pick up the phone.
I called 4 times throughout the day, it rang non stop for several minutes, not one time did it get picked up or let me leave a message.
I just want information on my lost mail.
