Pharmacy fails to have what is needed for medication. They give ml instructions no syringe but a cup with teaspoon. Which means you won't have the correct measurements when taking due to it. Poor preparation and ordering of stock.

I have been extremely pleased with the customer care and how quickly they fill my prescriptions. They are always helpful and pleasant!

Worst pharmacy ever, don't update info when asked to. Don't pay attention at all I would be nervous wether I was getting the right pill in the right bottle. Guess I better hope I know what they look like. Don't use unless you don't care about your time, money or health.

They are so nice and kind here. I am glad I chose it. It is not just a job for them: they really care about their patients' welfare and go the extra mile as a result! What a blessing for the Holidays.

The last two times I have been picking up my orders running super behind. Thursday my order was supposed to be picked up at 1-2 and did not get it until 7:30. My order for Saturday was between 9-10 and 6 hours later.

Pharmacist, Richard Hess happens to be the best pharmacist and medical prodiver I've ever had the privilege to have. My daughter and I both have issues with needles and frequently pass out. Richard was so kind while giving my daughter the Pfizer vaccine both times. I am so impressed with the quality of care and patience my daughter recieved. Thank you Richard for being such a beacon of hope for future medical care. Respectful, patient, and genuinely concerned with the well being of others is how I would describe him.Advice for people who have difficulty with needles too, ask for Richard.

Pharmacist called me and told me there were cancellations for vaccines, and to bring my mothers in early. Showed up over 25 minutes early for my mothers vaccination, 12:20 scheduled time, she got there at 11:55 AM, and did not receive her vaccination until 12:55, I have my OWN appointments for my health today I had to cancel because pharmacist can not professionally honor his scheduled patient times. I don’t recommend this pharmacy for your covid vaccine. Pharmacist told me the reason she didn’t get her scheduled time was because “everyone showed up for their 12 PM vaccine” so don’t over schedule yourself? Unprofessional. Bottom line.

Ordered something online they stated 3 left. Called 8 times in 45 minutes to various departments nobody ever answered. I guess with all the automated checkouts etc. this is customer service we will have.

They don't answer the phone no body is ever at in any departments and no one ever wants to help you. When they do help they send you to other side of the store for something that was on the opposite side of the store.

They are slow, most of the time when you call for a refill and they give you an appointment they can’t keep, under staffed, or you get there on time for your appointment and they would say oh we are out of this medicine and the their excuse is even worse “ you are the second person today “ wow what a miserable way to conduct business, very disappointed

My truck broke down and I showed up 15min late to pick my daughters medication which took them 2 weeks to fill which made her run out a week ago. Now I understand I was late, but a little compassion instead of extreme rudeness would have gone a long way. I could see the medication bag on the rack and it was already paid for. It would have taken a couple of seconds to help someone out that was in a bind. Instead extreme attitudes and rude remarks were all that were given.

The whole store needs to be closed down. The shelves stay empty for days. Now the pharmacy is running out of medicine. I have to go a few times a week because medication is never there. Receive text saying its ready. Get there, we have one for you, the others can be picked up tomorrow. Call the next day before I go, both are ready. Get there, we have one for you. Call about the last one, be ready Monday. Monday we're out till Thursday, Thursday we got it but won't be available till tomorrow. Friday, we haven't got it in yet. Ordering should be systematically done when it hits a certain number. Pharmacies purpose is to provide medication for people to function/live it should never run out. The same system that informs customers it's time to refill, should inform the pharmacists it's time to refill first. As soon as Dr is back changing pharmacy.
