Terrible service. Ferrellgas came to fill my propane tank and disconnected my monitor that gives them readings on my propane level. I have talked with them three times and they say my monitor is working but I am standing here looking at it and it is not working or connected. They won’t come to service my my monitor.

Propane delivery in January did not happen by the promised date and no explanation or new date was provided. Several customer service calls resulted in different explanations and promises to call back that never happened. I resorted to using 4 electric heaters to keep the house at 55 degrees until the truck finally arrived.

One star is generous. I can’t say enough bad things about Ferrellgas. You’d think that after 2 months I’d be able to cool off, but you guys just burned us THAT badly. What I can do is use your own review feature to tell people that Abbey Lane is cheaper and delivers in less than 24 hours of being called.

I called in on January 2nd with 20% left and was told it would be delivered by January 10th. Then we hit a cold spell. A couple times online it would say it is coming today and nothing. Then I started calling on January 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th. Over and over everyday people from around the country told me it was on its way. Down to 1% I shut it down and froze for a couple days. They finally showed up January 19th 4:30pm. Very pathetic communication, don't keep telling me its coming and then no call no show. If I could give you less than one star I would.

I have been a customer for 18 years and handicapped and signed up years ago on ferrals keep filled program well they dropped the ball i checked and i ha3 19 percent and when i called they are telling me Feb 3 2 weeks away i will be out this week i will be looking for a different company this morning ferrel gas came out and they filled my tank they are working today to catch up but relived. That i got it filled early

I find Ferrellgas totally unreliable, after ordering gas on the last two occasions, and being told that it would be delivered in the next 15 days, and not having it delivered. when checking on the order, was told that it wasn't even scheduled yet and they could not me me a delivery date, this was in the middle of winter. I found a new supplier and had gas within two days, and at a cheaper price.Will never use Ferrellgas again!

Would be a "0" star if that was an option......Charged me $40 because I had my valve shut off and said I had to do a leak test because it was empty. It wasn't empty given it's a 150 gallon tank and they only put in less than 100 gallons.Also, price was sold to me at $2.67 per gallon, most places are closer to $2 even. They are the highest price around.Shop around before you buy from them.
