Branson mo for 3 weeks vacation. Had a major problem with my 5th wheel hitch in the bed of my truck. Boss worked over 4 hours trying to fix it in 80 plus degree weather. Fixed the B&W base but had to order top hitch the old hitch was bent and compromised. He ordered a new one came in 2 days and he installed it and made it great again solid as a rock. Thank you jwm I highly recommend him to anyone having hitch problems.

JWM has done all kinds of work for me. Wheel bearings, tires, exhaust manifolds, diesel service, truck bedliner and the list goes on. They might be booked out aways but there's a reason he's busy. They've never not delivered when promised for me and you'd be hard pressed to meet a more honest guy than Bill.

Wow...what a great group of folks. Burned a bearing up on vacation (boat trailer) Brought it in and first thing Bill asked was, when do you need it back.
He explained what he believed was wrong and went through a rough estimate of what the repairs would cost so there would be no surprises. Turned out to be less than he originally thought.
The crew worked tirelessly to get it back up and running and they had me back on the road by the time vacation was over (on a Saturday morning no less).
Very reasonable labor and pricing...a real Godsend for all the travel trailer and boat guys around Tablerock Lake.

Re: Transit 350 window stuck down after hail hit it hard. Yes! Bill of JWM Auto was amazing! He got it closed, eliminated fuse + motor concerns, suggested a switch may be at fault, agreed to call to do more if there's a break in his schedule. He did this all in the rain while I sat in the driver's seat claiming it was 1/2 hr, (but really it took an hour) for $50!

The worst experience on my 2000 jeep iv ever had ,said he could get at it in 2 weeks had it for 6 months, lied to me what the problem was charged me 3000,dollars an said he fixed the problem it was worse he didn't !!! Verified by another business an had to put new engine it.so I'm out 3 grand cause of it !
