I used simmons bank for years. I recently found they were approving charges I didn't authorize. I tried closing my account before the next fraudulent charge went through, but they said they couldn't close it with pending transactions, though they were fraudulent. The next day there weren't supposed to be pending charges, so they were supposed to close my account. Well, there were pending charges, that were not fraudulent, so simmons magically now could cancel a pending transacting, when the day before work a fraudulent charge they couldn't.So don't listen when they say we can't do something, that means they don't want to do something. They have proven they could've done what I needed done, but chose to aid and embed those robbing me.I'm very glad to be done banking with simmons, however after a few thousand dollars had been stolen from me, I'm greatly regretting ever using them.
