Excellent. We built new construction and the contractors did not connect the fireplace - and we could not get anyone to take responsibility for it. Aaron's Fireplace got us up and running in under 30 minutes for the price of a service call and we are delighted! Wish we would have called them months ago!

Had some work done by another company on our fireplace. Had a concern about some of the work. Talked to Gabe he had me send a couple pictures. He reassured me things were done as they should have been. He took the time to help me out even though he knew he wasn't going to get a service call out of it, but still took the time to help reassure me. Also a person actually answered the phone, and I did not have to press one, two, or three!

Aaron's Fireplaces installed my gas fireplace 13 years ago. They have serviced my unit a few times, but has been almost perfect. I called today with a problem of my making. Scott contacted me very quickly, he had me take a few pictures and text them to him. 5 minutes later my problem was solved was gone.

I hate to give poor reviews, I really do. But....here is my experience with Aarons Fireplace Co. I need a blower installed in my fireplace, so I went on their website and submitted a request for service. I waited a week, did not hear anything, so I called them. A young lady took my call, and noted the information such as serial number of the fireplace and manufacturer, and said she would check and get back to me. I waited another week and called back, speaking to the same woman. She said she would talk to the technician again about it and then get back with me. That was two weeks ago. Needless to say, I will now go elsewhere. That was my experience, I hope yours is better.

Extremely poor customer service. They could not even be bothered to tell me the didn't want my business. Multiple phone calls and texts, not a single response over two weeks.

Oh my goodness! Hands down THE BEST SERVICE! I had called another company to check my gas fireplace last week. The 2 fellas came in looked and said “Sorry, you can’t have that serviced.” I asked why? They told me that it was a sand pan that was over 30 years old and illegal to burn inside in Greene Co. I called around a few places and a lot of people told me that didn’t sound right.I called Aaron’s and they got me in within the week. Gabe was the service tech and he came in, took a look and said “No problem!” He really took his time and made sure everything was cleaned out and vacuumed. He unplugged the pilot. He set the gas logs back up to where they were looking pretty and when he left, I had my cozy fireplace back! It wasn’t as expensive as I thought it would be. I’m just over the moon about the service I received today!Thank you for bringing the cozy back to my life!
