Abbracadabra....the scratches are gone! Simply put, I can't say enough good things about this business. Their price was much better than other places as well. I can't say enough good things. Just great people who create works of art. “It's been a while since I came here, but Rod's service still stands out in my mind. The first time I took a vehicle to him, the issue ended up being related to the spark plugs. He quickly diagnosed and fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. The second time I took a vehicle to Rod, we had already spent over $2,000 on diagnostic fees and repairs that didn't fix the issue at a different shop my husband has taken our truck to. We finally gave up on that shop and went back to Rod, and once again he quickly and CORRECTLY diagnosed the issue, which ended up being a simple and not expensive repair. This guy is truly a gem. Also, he keeps his shop clean and tidy, which to me says something about how his brain works as well as his professionalism.”

“My spouse & I were traveling across the country when one of our tire valves started leaking. Not only did they fit us in on a busy Saturday, but they even got us in earlier than expected so we could get back on the road ASAP. While fixing that leak, they found another valve leak in a different tire. Both issues were fixed for less than $50. Beyond the efficiency and cost effectiveness, the customer service was fantastic. Josh was who we spoke with directly and he was so helpful and reassuring. It was clearly a busy day and they were booked up all day but Josh was unerringly kind to everyone who came in, doing anything he could to be helpful. He was also honest and thoughtful in all his responses and explanations. He made an unfortunate & stressful situation for my family feel simple. We were cared for extremely well at Sawyer Tire! Highly recommend.”

“Gonna give this Walmart auto center 5 stars. It was Christmas eve, I had a flat and it was zero degrees outside yet these people were upbeat, extremely friendly, prompt and thorough. So many were mad in many stores because someone didn't show up and they had to work the holiday. Same thing happened here but a real comeraderi in this crew made things go smooth with no hint of anyone in anything but a good mood. I really was relieved not to have people mad because they had to work an unexpected shift on a holiday and then not pay attention to their job... especially when it's my car they're working on. They were just so pleasant to have a bad car day with age I appreciate them all.”
