“I could not have been happier with Fender Mender and I would highly recommend you give them a try to work on your vehicle. I had some door dings on my truck and some touchup work done to some scratches. Throughout the whole process everyone I worked with was very friendly, and professional. They did an outstanding job on my truck, it looks as good as new, and they were very reasonably priced! When I need more work like this done in the future I will be going back! If you're looking to have body work or dent repair done to your vehicle definitely check them out!”
“It's been a while since I came here, but Rod's service still stands out in my mind. The first time I took a vehicle to him, the issue ended up being related to the spark plugs. He quickly diagnosed and fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. The second time I took a vehicle to Rod, we had already spent over $2,000 on diagnostic fees and repairs that didn't fix the issue at a different shop my husband has taken our truck to. We finally gave up on that shop and went back to Rod, and once again he quickly and CORRECTLY diagnosed the issue, which ended up being a simple and not expensive repair. This guy is truly a gem. Also, he keeps his shop clean and tidy, which to me says something about how his brain works as well as his professionalism.”

“I had a wheel bearing go bad on my truck and I had it scheduled to take it to a different shop but it was so bad I couldn't make it there so I pulled it into A1 custom car care and hoped they'd have availability,they got it fixed the very next morning and even tightened up some bolts that were loose underneath the truck without me even asking,I'm very impressed with this shop and grateful and they will have my business going forward?”

“Outstanding service. Bought a car. Two days later the car had some trouble. They took it back and made the repairs. The next day, the car wouldn't start. They took it back again and replaced defective parts. So they took it back twice, and made all the necessary repairs at no cost to me. Thank you so much for your service!”
“This is a very good auto service center with pleasant staff, but today I spent an hour and a half trying to prove that the oil I brought was suitable for my car—even though I’ve never had an issue with this before. The sticker under the hood specifies 0W-20, but the Nissan owner's manual—or even a vehicle-specific search on Walmart's website—also permits the use of 5W-30. The mechanic, however, refused to comply with the requests of the service center and Walmart store managers. Ultimately, I was issued a refund for the oil I had purchased online and had to select a different type of oil instead.”

“I took my car in after hitting a deer, although my insurance company decided to Total out the vehicle I was still impressed with how helpful they were at Kirk's. They explained how the process works and kept me more updated than my insurance company did, hopefully I won't need a collision place again, but if I do I will come to Kirk's”
