“I pulled into AutoZone this afternoon completely panicked. I was previously at sonic and a big black rat snake crawled up underneath my car. When I walked into AutoZone, I told the guy at the counter that there was a big black snake underneath my car (I am completely panicked at this point because I am terrified of snakes!!!) Him and another guy came out immediately and looked under the hood. The snake wasn’t there so the other guy looked under the vehicle and spotted the snake inside the tire well. They got the snake out from underneath my vehicle and nobody was harmed. I am truly grateful for these two men at AutoZone!! I didn’t know what to do and they were very professional and immediately took my needs into their own hands. These two men deserve a raise for what they did today!!! Both my husband and I will continue to give AutoZone our service from here on out! Thank you both so so much!!! The guys who helped me today were Lucas and Russ. Both of which saved the day!!”

“This is a very good auto service center with pleasant staff, but today I spent an hour and a half trying to prove that the oil I brought was suitable for my car—even though I’ve never had an issue with this before. The sticker under the hood specifies 0W-20, but the Nissan owner's manual—or even a vehicle-specific search on Walmart's website—also permits the use of 5W-30. The mechanic, however, refused to comply with the requests of the service center and Walmart store managers. Ultimately, I was issued a refund for the oil I had purchased online and had to select a different type of oil instead.”
