black mold on frosty machine nozzels, soda nozzles rarely cleaned, haven’t had a new mop head the whole time I worked there nor a new dust mop head. store is absolutely filthy with moldy rotting cabinets from leaks that dont seem important enough to address bathrooms rarely properly cleaned. burn the store down and build on top of it instead of making ur workers life’s miserable trying to make a rotten disgusting store shine again. casey’s corporate, do better.

So right off the bat the clerk is on the phone goes right into explaining how she has been on shift for days without relief 😔😮💨. She seemed exhausted and I don't blame her I would feel that way too. I understand businesses are short staffed.

Kira was the nastiest and rudest employee I have ever met! Refused me service due to the drama Between her and my bf. Cussed me out and then threw me out when I was just wanting to Get some gas. Will be contacting corporate.

Never in my life have I had an employee of an establishment cuss me nor throw things at me. All because they are charging more at the register for items than what tags say which is illegal mind you. Watch what you're being charged people!

Tried ordering a pizza today, found out you can’t call your order in anymore. So I got online and ordered my pizza at 2:15, got confirmation that it would be ready at 4:25??? I tried calling to figure out what is going on, I sat on the line for 15 min trying to speak to someone, no luck. Drove up there to find out the confirmation of 4:25 was correct. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and I will not again with Casey’s, you screwed up with your new system and lost a customer for good. Good luck with your new system of screwing people. Bye bye

Pizza maker needs to read instructions and added notes. He was trying to not let my husband pick the order up when I put in the notes he would be picking up, like questioned him " I'm going to need you to verify the name" mind you this is after he was waiting on it because it wasn't ready. So he was told already the name on the order. Also work on your cutting. Pizza wasn't even cut all the way. Pretty annoying to have to cut it ourselves

These guys are awesome as hell. All I have to say is my pregnant wife is stupid picky and no pizza place satisfied her. Only Casey's did. PREGNANT WOMAN SATISFIED. Lbvs thanks guys I love another day.
