Terrible service beginning with the front staff! We finally got the records out only to find out that the front staff 'documents' only what they want, and God knows what they communicate to the vet. If you complain in any way about them, they call you names, starting with 'hateful' - basically, don't bother to bring on any feedback to the vet; it will not help! Do yourself a service, and don't take your pet there. Plenty of vets are around, with great offices and well-trained front staff.

STAY AWAY! I am disgusted by the neglect my dog experienced at this vet. She has been sick for 4 days, can't keep anything down, won't eat, and is lethargic. She needs care, but Crossroads won't help. She is fear aggressive so has to be sedated before vet visits. Since she won't eat and can't even keep water down we can't do that. The vet knew she would need sedation. She's been there before (and they weren't great then, but we were desperate today) so they knew. She was in a crate, with her leash out the door so they could hold her while someone gave an injection. They refused to get close enough to try. (She couldn't get out of the crate!) She sat in her travel crate for qbout 6 hours, scared out of her mind, and so anxious she had chewed her foot bloody. They didn't call us until 5 hours had passed. It was too late to get an appointment anywhere else. This is neglect! I spoke with 2 other vets who were appalled they would do this. All vets should know how to sedate an aggressive animal. She has vision issues and anxiety. It's not her fault she's afraid of strangers and she shouldn't be punished for it.
