Would recommend republic Tel-A-Rent to anyone!! They were super helpful and willing to work with us on payments. We rented a washer & dryer. Our checks fell on odd days vs the payment date and they were able to work with us for that. We had issues with the dryer the first week we had it and they were very quick to come out and fix it! Definitely an awesome staff!

Do not rent from here what so ever, they had a location in Joplin and they were great, however when they moved to republic it all went downhill. Charging card fees when we were told we would not have a card fee, constantly changing our due date. We will never rent them this company ever again, I would advise other people to do the same, there are other places that offer rent to own items that are easier to deal with then these people. To their reply- We know the difference between a late fee and a card fee, yes we were late with our payments a few times and we fully understand the late fees and we did not have any problem paying late fees, we were late we pay the fee, however the card fee was not always waived these people need to have their employees all on the same page with their customers and they are not so again I say we will never want here and I advise other people to stay away from these crooked people

The guys @tele-a-rent here in Republic are awesome,there's no other rental place I'd rather use ,They greet ya as soon as you walk in the door and are quick to help anyway they can, I have bought a couple things from them and I will be a loyal customer.Thanx guys for all you do

Do not rent from the republic store .very disrespectful manager (Mike) we have ever delt with.ask them to pick up furniture we rented and he said he would pick up unless we paid $100..we rented from other places and never had them say we had to pay anything to be picked up ...if we wanted to pay 100 we would of added another 29 to keep furniture...

Used Tel-A-Rent to purchase and move furniture to my apartment, overall it was a great experience. Wonderful staff that are super helpful & friendly, I highly recommend their products and services :)

I’ve never had issues until recently with the new manager or one of the workers at this store. He cussed, threatened, and was very rude over the phone. He also told us we are not allowed to talk to the owner.

They are always very nice and friendly and as long as you keep up communication, they are willing to work with you. I feel very confident every time I rent from them.
