This store makes shipping or returning things so quick and easy. I'm always in and out in a jiffy. Today Abby helped me with a semi complicated return. She handled it very smoothly and was so helpful.

The employees at this store are the best! My husband and I were having problems sending some products back to Amazon. We took everything in to them, and they had everything labeled and shipped off within minutes! We now use them for all our shipping needs!

Drive the extra miles to Springfield, this store has poorly trained employees, an owner who will take no responsibility for the employee mistakes, and the expectation that a customer should know that “Next Day Air” charged at $145 actually means next Tuesday (4 days later) when typical shipping at $30 would have delivered the package at the same time. No guaranteed delivery from this store and no customer service to fix their mistakes. - In answer to their response (again accepting no responsibility), if there had been ANY indication from the staff that the package I dropped off on Friday before noon would not have been delivered on Saturday as promised, I would have paid the offered $30 rate for a Tuesday delivery instead of the egregiously overpriced $183 for delivery on Saturday. I reiterate, if you need a guaranteed delivery go somewhere else, they will price gouge you and make promises they will not stand behind. Do better Robyn!!
