U.S. Bank is terrible. Website said branch in Springfield was open Saturday till noon. I go there and guess what Closed. I closed my personal account with them years ago. Now I will be talking to our company about switching to another bank. Worst customer service .

Worst bank ever. The hours this bank is open is very minimal and doesn’t allow any times for a working person to get there. And then I go expecting a normal bank to be open at least 9-12 on Saturday, nope! Closed. What on earth?! What kind of bank doesn’t take customer needs into consideration? I’ve had an account with US Bank since 2007, but I’m at my last straw. I’ve put off switching banks simply because of the inconvenience on my end. But this is ridiculous!!!!!! Stay away if you’re reading this. There are far better banks.

Closed for 1/2 inch of snow. Websites give no clue if they're open or not and there is no local phone number. Now I have at least one major payment that will be late, damaging my credit.

Joey Curl the so called branch manager was very rude and hung up on me. He should be fired for treating customers the way he did to me. There is a reason they have such a low rating. Don't bank with them!

Cashed a payroll check issued from a business that uses this bank. This branch and was charged a $7 service fee to cash the check. Steer clear of this branch It's worth the drive to Springfield.

The bank took it up on theirself to change the address on our account!! I didn't ask them to and there was no reason for them to do so. Now our acct info is going to someone else's house. I really don't want this other person to have access to my info. Also bank is CLOSED on Wednesday and Saturday!! Very inconvenient!!

I have banked with US bank for many years. I recently went with my boyfriend to open an account and we were greeted with good customer service from Joey. We were able to open his account and Joey was kind enough to walk us through the app before we left. Overall it was a good experience and we will be back!

This is by far the worst bank I have ever seen in my life. They messed up my moms name with another customer and kept withdrawing funds. They called to tell me her account is overdrawn for their reasoning. My mom doesn't speak English and cant straighten their mess out. I live out of state and they threaten to throw me into collections for their errors. Who works here and how do they have a job. This is unbelievable. I have never seen anything more ridiculous in my entire life. I hope this branch closes for all the fraud and error. If I can give them negative stars I would.UPDATE 3/3/22- I closed my account and it has been re-opened with out my knowledge, Apparently I cant even leave this bank. THIS IS RIDICULOUS

DO NOT BANK HERE! Have no idea how this is still open. Hours are ridiculous. ATM never works. Impossible to deposit here without waiting 20 minutes in the lane. Horrible customer support. Workers know nothing. Don't waste your time here!!
