Walgreens Pharmacy in a small town offers a range of expected items with friendly and helpful staff. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and take time to answer medication questions. While wait times can be long at times, most are prompt and issues are resolved quickly. Customers appreciate the good service and the convenience of this location, although some feel the call center could be improved by having a dedicated phone staff.
That new call center sucks royally. Then the employees at Republic have to straighten it out. Ditching the call center would be the best move that corporation could do. Trust me!!!!
