“5* isn't enough. Had a flat while traveling through, gave them a call knowing they were likely closed, but the phone was answered, and they opened back up. Seth was great! He promptly got to working on tire. He was very friendly. While I feel certain he didn't want to be there, it never showed. In fact, everyone I encountered in Rich Hill was friendly. The customers and staff at the gas station were helpful in getting me pointed in the right direction. Thank you, Rich Hill tire, and to the great people in Rich Hill.”

“I was on my way from Kansas City to Bentonville when the strong winds and driving on the highway blew off the loose panel in my rear bumper! I was in crisis mode and really worried about what I would do, so I quickly used google to find the closet open auto shop to help me. The owner here helped jerry-rig a wire to hold my bumper in place, and I was able to drive all the way to Bentonville and back. He didn't charge me anything either!! What a life saver!!”
