The residents are wonderful but some of the nursing staff and administration unfortunately are extremely lackluster. Definitely exercise caution before sending your loves ones to this facility. As patients are sometimes neglected for hours at a time.

Richland Care Center is a little home with a lot of heart. The staff takes good care of the residents while making them feel special. They do a good job of keeping family informed. Various activities are provided. No care facility is perfect. My family member has been in the facility since 2014, and I have found that the staff is always willing to listen to concerns and correct issues as needed. I highly recommend Richland Care Center.

Fantastic place. The culture here is patients come 1st. It is how a nursing home should be ran. They spoil you with love.

I believe all,ALL care centers should hold weekly staff gatherings stressing the importance of compassion..Not just a job .

I've had 3 family members here 2 that passed here and I gotta say I've had no problems helped my mom and grandfather go to Jesus ..Im thankful in my 20 years of having to deal with them never a problem

This Residential Care Center has a fabulous staff. They love each and every Resident. As a visiting Nurse, it is very refreshing to be given a comprehensive Assessment, on my Patients, each and every time I'm there.

They are a family friendly facility. Friendly staff. Press Key code to unlock the door. It's posted on the door. You take your temperature upon entering & answer some Corona virus exposure questions to protect the residents. Family visits are open now.
