I have used Splash Wireless for over 7 years and have found them to be exceptionally dependable and responsive. We run our business on their internet service and have had very few service interruptions. I have found it is a pleasure to do business locally with people you know personally and can trust to support your business 24/7. On the rare occasion when our service may go down, I can call Brian, the owner, and he and his crew have always been very responsive and helpful. Our previous service was provided by our local land line provider and the quality of their equipment and service was terrible. Having Splash Wireless as a local business provider has been an excellent choice for us. Doing business locally makes sense in that it provides jobs and tax revenue that benefits all of us locally. All local businesses need local support and encouragement which in turn benefits our local community.

I used their service for several years and haven’t had any issues.When my new dogs chewed the outside cable, they were quick to set up a service call and get me back online!

I rely on splash internet to provide my business with reliable internet as there is no cell phone service at my shop so I have to have internet for Wi-Fi calling and to do anything online. They always have outages at completely random times that affects my business drastically. I cannot communicate with customers without internet. Never once have they offered a discount or credit for the times that the internet was down.

Internet that works as promised. I can always get ahold of someone for customer service and the few minor issues I have had are resolved quickly and professionally.

Worst internet provider I've ever experienced. Installation crew was a joke, and showed up for the install without anything they needed, caused problems with our roof. I have been cussed by the owner, when only asking when the internet is coming back on, when it had been out for 4 days. If you need communications, tie two cans together because its far better than splash.

The internet is over priced and not reliable. Also, we cancelled our service on the first day of the month and they still charged us for the whole month.

AWFUL. We paid over $300 for installation and everything else total, and they are charging us $112 a month for their “best” package that’s supposedly “better than mediacom” lmfaooo it’s far from it. They advertise that these speeds are great for gaming and streaming yet I can’t run a single game of Fortnite, and can’t watch a movie without it being too pixelated to comprehend what’s on the screen. Called them the first day after installation and they pretty much shut down everything I had to say and blamed us for the speeds. The older man told me an exact website to go and test the speeds so that’s what I did, then when the download speed was 4 mbs when it’s suppose to be 50 mbs he said we can’t trust those websites. Yet he told me to use that website. It’s all a scam.

Had a service call to help fix a router issue. The techs that came out were very kind and explained everything that we needed to know. Absolute amazing customer service.

never have recieved the speed package i signed up for. then they switch my package to a lower package and didnt even tell me. when i call they claim they cant fulfill the 50mbps i signed up for and turned me down to 25 without any warning.on the install the service tech could not get 50 and was only getting 35. the technician told me he was going to get ahold of the office to get me a bigger dish to put on my house and that would solve the problem. i live only 1 block from the tower. when i called the office they refused.when i call at night to complain at getting around 5mbps im basically called a lyer with little concern. once i take a screen shot they make up an excuse like im maxing it out even when every electronic in my house is turned off other than one phone.in short with this company so far i have not got what i pay for and everything just keeps going down hill with little concern from staff.

Called for information and pricing and was told to visit the site, as if I was wasting her time. The prices are often twice or three times higher than competitors in the area. Don't waste your time or money.

Business is responsive and fixes things quickly, but my internet service was patchy and slow, so I switched to cable America.
