I went here to get my Mac repaired and was met with a professional immediately. We had to wait sometime as there were a lot of people that day and when we met with the professionals they helped us really well. They had knowledge on what they were doing and also offered us new options and other solutions.

Dropped off my laptop for repair.
Got a message to call them a couple days later. On the phone the rep told me it was ready for pick up.
It wasn’t.
I went to the store for them to tell me they needed to replace a part. I agreed to pay the extra 299 charge even though I have apple care.
Got a message the next morning saying they needed to verify if I agreed. Rep forgot to do something even though I already agreed in store & electronically.
I call back first time… the rep was only seeing that my laptop was ready for pick up. Its not.
Called back a few hours later & was on hold/transfer for 10 or so minutes to finally get a rep from the galleria to confirm.
No sense of apology/empathy for the miscommunication and was cut off mid-sentence a few times.

Terrible service. They have you make an appointment and run very late. Then they don’t have the parts that are scheduled to be replaced! They have no respect for your time.

My niece went back to pick up her phone from being serviced and the lady Alice was very rude and condescending to her and Alice refused to answer the phone when I called to get more information on this experience phone we purchased. I called continuously for two hours and they refused to answer the phone. I’m calling corporate on Monday.

I bought my cell phone here. Employee Paul stated that they did not have authorization from AT&T to transfer any information from my old phone. And asked me to go to AT&T and they would help me solve this problem. When I repeatedly confirmed whether AT&T could send the information from my old phone to the new phone, he said yes and restored my old phone to the original factory settings in front of me. I went to the AT&T employee and she said that the mobile phone number had already been entered and that I needed to go to the Apple store to transfer the information on the old phone. I said what does it mean. The Apple employee said AT&T could handle it, but she said no, and I went back to the Apple store. The employee said he would help me sort it out. I waited for half an hour and he still hasn't come back. So unprofessional.

A hour plus wait for something i have already purchased online and then notified it was ready for pick up in store. EVERYONE walks right past you as if your made of glass and just can’t see you. Uncle jasper finally clocks in and makes it all worse. I will NEVER return to this location again. West county just got a new customer by default.

Had to stop here due to the negative experience at the West County location. They were very helpful and immediately ran the process of my trade in. Service was superb for a busy Saturday with it during the iPhone 17 release weekend. You guys might be getting my business more.
Edit 10/17/25: Came here to get my screen protector replaced for my new iPhone and the gentleman who took care of me did a better job putting it on. The original screen protector from Saturday was put on horribly at the West County location and the associate didn’t follow through with the proper procedures. Galleria location deserves a 5 star always!
West County Apple, take notes.

honestly workers at this apple store have 0 people skills and rude and cold vibe. The one in Nashville has 10/10 customer service.

Book an appointment for Genius Bar. Check in. Get sent to a random table. Wait an hour. I would rather be at the DMV. At least it’s quiet there.
