RUN AWAY. I wouldn't let these hacks change batteries in a flashlight!I had to wait a couple of days to calm down to write this review. I brought in my Iphone to get a new battery. My phone was fully functional and just needed a battery. I came back to pick it up and the screen is flashing green like a strobe light, there's lines on the display now. The "genius" says there is liquid damage and when they open up the phones sometimes things happen. He then tries to sell me a replacement. The phone is suppose to be able to be dropped in a puddle with no harm, so how does it have "liquid damage" when it was fine when I dropped it off. I was so angry I had to leave before I did something regrettable. As a long time apple customer, this was the last apple product I will ever buy.So to recap, I took a fully functioning Iphone in to get a new battery and walked out with a paper weight. Of course apple did nothing wrong and "liquid damage" is a perfect defense, even though the phone is rated IP68 for liquid exposure,

I'm going to give a four stars because well guy there was pretty meticulous and how you went through people's phones and pretty much let them know what was going bad we just sat in the other and I didn't know they were that complex but anyway I make a long story short he still didn't give the guy you know whose phone was messed up full replacement due to the fact that it was a Apple's fault and how they placed the antennas inside the sides of the phone so anyway make a long story short I don't know if dude you ever get his phone fixed or whatever but I found it very crowded

On 5 March 2024 I had a walk-in visit at St. Louis Galleria. My concern was possible compromise of the Safari app on my iPhone 12 mini. Also, missing text messages in Dec 2023.Mr Tyler assisted me, although the missing SMS messages would not sync. He spoke with me and gave me alternate resources. THANKS.AT&T outage today, 6 MARCH 2024, in St. Louis, Missouri city and county might have started yesterday during my iOS 17.4 update because, AGAIN, messages from 27 FEB to 5 MARCH 2024 were missing today.I BELIEVE APPLE AND AT&T are under CYBER SECURITY ATTACK.Thanks!

Not impressed with the staff. I stopped by today to inquire about the vision pro on display. I was seriously considering getting one. Went to pick up the display model and a snotty sales person yells, “your not allowed to touch those.” They are on display but ok. Then another sales person asks if i have an appointment to demo them. I said no. He said he would book me one. There was hardly any customers in there at that time but i had to wait for my appointment so i just left. Probably would have stayed had it not been for the tone of the first sales person. I’ll just make my purchase at a different location.

Vic is the Drake of Apple! He has amazing customer service and is very knowledgeable as well. He treated my Wife like Beyoncé while she was in there learning from his thoughts today! If you come to Apple in 2024, make sure to see Vic!

Took just 5 mins to get the phone... The service was quick and a lot of employees were trying to assist us in selecting the right one.Just that the one manning the counter was absolutely not helpful. He barely gave out any info even after asking. But I wouldn't bad mouth a whole store for one employee.Overall a quick and easy purchase experience.
