Worst customer service of my life I bought a $90 pair of shoes needed a smaller size i wasn't allowed to try the pair on and when I went to try only the right one on she DELACED it and BENT THE SHOE!!! put awful creases all over I was soo crushed then she refused me to return the pair I did buy I sent my bf in NO ID I might add and she refunded my money.
I need 2 pairs and each of my 4 kids need too, will NOT take my service to foot locker ever again

Very bad service I asked for a pair of tennis and the person who works was not the one who approached the tennis to where I was sitting wanted to go to the counter and I take them from there. She noticed that she was very angry I understand that it is her job but if she does not have the attitude that another type of work is sought ..

If you are white, you should probably not go into this store. My husband went into this store today trying to get help, mind you he was planning to spend a couple hundred dollars, only asking for help to find my size. He was given the cold shoulder by the all black staff, but looked around for a minute, and they were politely helping the other BLACK shoppers in the store...my husband and our family are nice, respectful, and courteous to everyone, no matter WHAT color your skin is!!! I will NEVER EVER go to this store and spend my hard earned money again...and i would suggest if you are white, and like to be treated with respect while you are spending your money, DO NOT go to this store!!!!

They literally have a grand total of 25 different pairs of shoes to choose from, good thing the kids store is bigger and has 5x more selection. Just skip the store and buy online.
