It was a wonderful experience. On this past sunday about 3pm, the store was clean and stocked with clothing. When I asked for assistance; the young lady with the long brown hair helped me picking out an outfit for my daughter's spring Pic day. We got other verbal opinions including from her other colleague and manager which was awesome. The young lady at check out was also patient and nice. I will be returning in the future to this location.

I popped into Gap on a Monday morning to grab a few things and the sales associate (possibly manager?) was extremely helpful and kind. She checked in on me as I was trying on a pile of clothes and helped me find alternatives to items that didn’t fit just right. Retail is hard work so I appreciate when a person takes the time to be helpful.

The Men’s department was organized, and I’m really glad to see a “traditional” Gap still within the halls of a shopping mall. I really hope this location will stay open, since Gap has been disappearing from a vast majority of malls across the country.

As someone who has worked in retail before, I know a heavy amount of training is focuses on loss prevention, and I guess corporate would be proud that this location takes it to an extreme. I eventually had to resolve a return issue over the phone with customer service because the manager just assumes everyone is trying to steal from them. Essentially the store stole an item from me during a complicated return, but thankfully customer service figured out the transaction issue and refunded me for the item taken by the store.

I am an honorary Guncle, so I am loving shopping the Gap for baby clothes. The baby was born in November, 3 days after my birthday and 4 days after the momma's birthday. So we're all Scorpios and have that strong bond. I'm a clothes horse, so I plan on teaching and showing this new addition to our family the love and importance of clothes. Gap is a great place to dress a baby and infant. The selections are fashion forward and made well. When shopping, I do better alone, but I will say the staff here was helpful. My little nephew is going to be well dressed thanks to the Gap and me being a shopaholic.

Had A Amazing shopping experience got to the counter to checkout the clerk Aaron informed me about a pair of trousers to go with my shirt, he was so professional and polite I bought a belt and a trousers on sale didn’t go over my budget......Thank you Aaron for a remarkable shopping experience! I shop there all the time never had an Amazing well dressed person represent the company so well ??????? Impressive Impeccable Service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
