I actually had a personal and business account here. I was targeted for DISCRIMINATION based on my race, my interest rate, my term and payment was high. Neighbors credit union contacted me ( my banker ) she asked me why did I sign that loan agreement, she made me aware of the fact that i was taken advantage of. My payment was $560 and should have been in the low $200,s she stated and then went over the terms. I was blown away. I did a review when it happened and I kept getting emails asking of I would takenit down. I can only speak on my experience and they DISCRIMINATED against me. WHY would your employees take advantages of me?

I have been with this credit union for 10 years and it has become horrible. Their system is slow updating your account and it seems like every month its something with my debit card. Today I cant use my debit card because of their system. This is ridiculous and it continues to happen. I will start looking for a new credit union on Monday.

There's times where I need t to check my account several times a day. Who's ever in charge of the online.. SMH! On the positive side the employees are very knowledgeable, polite and I couldn't say enough good things about the staff. I last delt with Cameron on a auto loan and I gave him a 5-star rating.

This credit union location is a "share" location for my CA based credit union. I came here to get a check withdrawal and the customer service was outstanding and the transaction was processed extremely quick! Amazing experience! I would definitely recommend this credit union to others!

So far so good. I have been banking with them for about 10 years. They helped me get a car and made sure I was comfortable with the payment arrangements. Although they where unclear of how my CD worked when I did one, the service was considerate. Still paying on my car and I have a goal of buying my first house with them. So the next update will be how that experience went.

very disappointed with my experience today. I went in to deposit a check into my business account, and I knew this was a shared branch with Neighbors credit union, of which I am a member. Knowing this, I made sure to have my account number, ID, and anything they may need. For some reason they could not pull up my account. They could pull my personal information, but not my account. I even had a copy of a check draft with matching account numbers on my phone and a copy of the check so I don't understand what the deal was. I've worked in banking, and this is the first time i've ever heard of not being able to pull up an account when this much information was provided. The teller was nice, and tried to call for help, but I guess whoever she called was too busy to actually come assist in person. If that's the case, they need more staff. all around bad.
