Despite initial hesitation due to mixed reviews, my recent lab visit was a very positive experience. I arrived around 3:20 PM and was surprised to be in and out in under 20 minutes. The process was quick and efficient; after checking in at the kiosk, the screens displayed how many people were ahead of me. The staff was very friendly, making the entire visit much more comfortable than anticipated.

Terrible experience at this facility, I would not recommend coming here for a blood test.

I came in to have my blood drawn. I used the “wait where you’re comfortable” option and received a text a few minutes after my scheduled time that I could come up to the room and they called me in maybe two minutes after. Debbie drew my blood and was very friendly and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

Many mixed reviews at this location so figured would contribute my experience as a data point too as of Nov2024. Overall good experience for me, arrived at appointment time 12:30PM (Friday) and mobile check in. Went upstairs and wait in the Labcorp waiting room. No one waiting when I arrived but got 3 more groups came in later. Got called around 12:45-50
The lady helped me was nice and we have a great conversation. Here for blood work was done and out fast around 1PM.
Overall I’d say just set a good expectation, there likely won’t be anyone at reception window, use mobile/kiosk at waiting room, and plan a little wait times when making the appointment, should make the visit smooth! Side note there is a water fountain (not shown in photo) in the waiting room in case needed.

Did a blood test and results are missing. I assume they entered incorrect information. No answer to repeated customer service requests.Very unprofessional staff.

They close half an hour early or whenever they feels like. The person on the phone that I talked with was very rude, staffs are very unpleasant and unprofessional to work with.

Constantly running behind schedule. Overcrowded and understaffed. Don’t bother making an appointment, I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen

The black female phlebotomists are super and kind. I hope they get a raise. They're fun to talk to and have a great sense of humor. I wish they had a direct phone line. I'd call them whenever I'm in the hospital. Love, Jean Montgomery

So long as you book in advance and don't walk in, then wait just outside the building for a text OR wear a mask in crowded waiting room, it's fine. Once you get seen I've never had any trouble here, staff is professional. Less hassle with billing than other labs I've tried.

I don't know why the reviews here are so negative. I used the app to make my appointment and was in and out in 15 minutes. My phlebotomist, Pam, was fast, efficient, and totally professional. My one gripe is that they don't validate parking, so I had to pay a buck to get out of the lot.

9 people in the waiting room multiple said they’d been there over 2 hours - no one at the front desk to manage check ins and there is a piece of computer paper with the handwritten sign, saying the kiosk computers are broke. They either need a staff it or close it down. The only positive thing I will say, is that before even entering the suite, there’s a sign to help you find another location ha posting it so everyone else can save the trip and bypass this location.
