“Only gave 5 stars because of Andrew. He's such a hard dedicated worker. Takes pride in his work. You don't get that no more. Was glad his relief worker was late. Go early just to be there when he's working. Sucks for him though and not fair when his relief doesn't come in. He keeps it sparkling clean. Bathrooms would smell like piss without him. He's the black guy with a blue truck that's awesome.”

They do a great job with the dry clean services, and if alterations also interest you, they offer that. I take my husbands shirts in every week. Very convenient parking and not long wait times. For people who work later, they are conveniently open until 7PM.”

“Its never fun going to the laundrymat but if you have to do it, might as well do it at Wash U. The place is clean,usually pretty empty when you go in the evening and they have plenty of washers and dryers that you can do all of your loads at the same time. Theres even a bar and grill next door so you can grab some food while you wait.”
“I must say that I was surprised to see a smiling face greeting me when my son and I walked in on Tuesday evening. It was a young lady I had never seen before but she had the most impeccable customer service. She was taking to customers as if she had known them for years. She made me feel like my clothes were top priority and I got them back just as she promised. Gary and American Cleaners, I don't know her name but she's from Florida. She is truly a great asset to your company.”
