Well kept store. Can be hard to find an associate at times. Practically zero selection for girls kids clothes and most of it is cheap Lilongwe graphic tees, but the boys kids section is huge with great choices.

3 floors of shopping and stuff to buy, it's massive. I found some shirts I really liked but not my size and the clerk couldn't figure out how to order my size and have it shipped to my house so we took pictures of the barcodes and I'll order from home.

I visited Macy's to do a return. I was having an extremely exhausting and draining day. My items were not showing up in their systems, but the lady servicing me, Cori, was patient and thorough. She assured me she get the items returned. She encouraged me to "hold on". She did everything with a smile. As that was the last stop for my evening, it was the perfect service, perfect conversation, and the biggest smiles and eagerness to help that I could have asked for.
