I drove twenty minutes Thursday to go to MK just to find the store closed at my 5:30 arrival when they are supposed to be open until 6. When I went back Friday, I was told that they closed early because they had a large shipment that arrived. After leaving and sharing my frustration with surrounding stores, I was told that they close early frequently. They should update their store hours to Open now until we say so. ????

Came into the store was greeted by two ladies. Wanted to see a few items... looked at a few items in the store. None of them had the packing paper like they were new items. When we requested a specific item, the lady gave an attitude and the other rolled her eyes and whispered "like they can afford this." The lady took the item off the shelf. We asked for a new one wrapped in packaging and she snarled and snapped her gums. Almost didn't purchase the item due to the lack of customer service and attitude. Both women were unprofessional. Be aware when purchasing items a lot of open items displayed look previously used. Ask for new packaged/unopened items.

I went in to look for some fragrances for my lady for Christmas. The young lady who waited on me, Arria I believe, was quite helpful. She showed me the different perfumes that were available. I found one as part of a gift set. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience.

I feel like I experienced some racial profiling at this location. I walked in with my boyfriend to window shop. We were the only ones in the store and had picked up a few purses to look at them closer. I picked up one and the woman working stated that I'm not allowed to pick them up by myself. She stated she needed gloves on anytime I wanted to look at the purses.I felt odd because I've bought purses from Coach/high end purse stores and this was never the case. My boyfriend and I are both Latinos and couldn't help but feel that maybe our ethnicity played a role in this interaction. The woman working was white and seemed to make a big deal out of it. We left to walk around the mall. After leaving the mall about an hour later, from outside the store we saw multiple white folks picking up purses with Michael Kors employees simply watching. This was very disappointing to us overall.

My husband bought me a purse from here a few months back. It was a pretty penny too. This purse that he purchased already looks old. And wore out. I take very good care of my purses and this is awful. I have a 6 year old Coach that looks newer. I will never purchase another over priced MK purse.

Funny how they can charge your card but can’t find your purchase in their system so apparently it didn’t even happen. Don’t bother trying to return something here

yall need to learn how to keep you business open of actually close tf down. failing to provide a staff in a management problem this has been months now where you may or may not be open depending on if staff decides to show up

I had a wonderful experience here! I was very uncertain about what color of purse I wanted. Alexandria was very patient and helpful in making my final decision. I came in looking a little on the ruff side, as it was a last minute shopping trip, and appreciate that I was still treated as if I did not look a hot mess!
