Internet was out, meaning it was a slow process and long line to order, but the staff was doing their best and cheerfully helpful as they could beParking: Parking wraps around the building, and while there weren't many spots available there were several -right after church, tooKid-friendliness: Always get the Mac n cheese for the kids, to the point my son (6) got UPSET I presumed to guess that would be his order- he went for a bagel instead lol. Staff handles his practicing ordering seriously

It’s your normal Panera, I’m not sure if the bread was old or over cooked but when I tried to tear it I was shaking from trying so hard so I went showed them an asked for a new bread bowl they set a new one on the plate…. Didn’t replace the food just the bread bowl… same problem. I asked for a refund, the cashier only wanted to refund the bread bowl not the macaroni bread bowl.. I’m very disappointed with the service at this location.

Consistently the absolute worst Bread Co in existence. Orders constantly backed up leaving people who just need a coffee cup to wait 10 minutes while the front counter just directs you to the kitchen window while they do nothing. It’s always, always dirty and messy and you can bank on them being out of items regularly. I have no idea how this company lets this location that gets a decent amount of business crumble.

It wasn't exciting. I met a gentleman at Panera for a business meeting. Therefore, I picked up some chicken and wild rice. I should have gotten a lemon drop cookie. Food was good. They got me in and out. Great job.

Got the order wrong the first time, and the chicken soup bowl was 99% broth with a few pieces of noodles and chicken.

Worst Panera Ive ever experienced. Parking lot has trash everywhere, front door has been broken for at least a month, the seating area needs a deep clean and their inventory taking seems to be off too as this location is consistently out of whats on the menu. This place seems like it’s just running on autopilot- like nobody really cares- sad.

Not like it used to be! These places are dirty now, poor customer service, quality of food average and pricey. Off my list !

The worst StL Bread Co I've ever had. We got a giftcard, this is how we ended up here. 2 soups, 1 sammy, 1 salad took more than 30 min. There was a long line for orders inside, and another longer line for pickup. We found out someone grabbed our order and left. My Cobb salad was gross. It smelled funny and the dressing has some old sour taste. I wasn't able to eat it, made me want to throw up. Chicken noodle soup was almost cold and had a bad bitter taste. Broccoli cheddar soup was warmer and good. Sammy was ok. Overall: a dirty StL Bread Co in Clayton :/

So I love Bread Co. No matter the location, the food is always top notch. However, I'm writing a review of this location specifically because of recent experiences I've had here. Every time I've come in for lunch over the past two weeks, another customer, an older man, usually wearing a gray beanie and sweatshirt, is always here and ALWAYS stares at me and other female customers. As in, he sits there, not looking at his phone or his coffee, and just stares at women in the seating area. Every time I glance up, he is staring at me. I've been sitting in the seating area for the past few hours finishing a paper I have due, and I have caught him staring at me so many times that I even got recordings of it (not attached to this review for his privacy). Even if I deliberately move to a spot where he cannot see me, he pointedly moves to a spot where he can continue staring. I'm leaving a review about it because when I brought this up to a few friends in casual conversation, EVERY ONE OF THEM KNEW WHO I WAS TALKING ABOUT. This is evidently enough of a problem that an entire group of people experienced it individually, but also when another female customer left at the same time as me this evening, I asked her on the way out the door if she noticed it; she also had noticed and thought it was creepy. I'm not suggesting that this is Panera's fault, but women be warned: don't come to this location if you don't want a man staring at you the entire time you're seated and eating.

Foods are typical Panera. Crowded during lunch hours and shortages of napkins at various counters.

Waited nearly 30 minutes for a bagel. One employee finally very kindly asked what I was waiting for and then went and found it for me. It was completely cold of course so I had to microwave it which made it completely inedible. I am now running late for an appointment so I've wasted a half hour and I have to go into my day hungry. Typical customer service these days.
