I wanted to express my utmost satisfaction with this location, particularly with the outstanding service provided by Stephon Thomas. My Galaxy Z Fold 4's screen started fracturing as it neared completion of its installment billing. However, Stephon swiftly got me up and running with a new phone and even sold me on some wireless earbuds I'd been eyeing for a while.In less than 30 minutes, I was fully set up and ready to go. Stephon Thomas, whom I highly recommend, exemplified professionalism and efficiency. Moreover, the rest of the team was equally friendly and contributed to making my Customer Service experience surpass what I'm accustomed to these days. Places like this truly stand out and deserve recognition.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. They were absolutely uninterested in trying to help me and were downright rude. I was literally speechless because I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life.

Came in today to get a new phone, the guy at the front door put with Micah. She was very unprofessional and unpleasant to speak with. The entire transition she was sitting down on a stool and didn't seem to care enough to answer my questions fully. Got the phone but not exactly pleased, The display Rep that was there taking photos of the ads was more helpful than she was.

I came in today and was assisted by Rob. He was excellent. I had gone to the Lindell store for the same thing and they didn't attempt to help me. He was thoughtful, knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Took the time to explain the internet service and convinced me to try it out.

I wouldn't reccomend this store.The person standing at the front of the door treated you like doing you a favor while cewing gum.The the sales person made it very difficult to understand if we were elegible for an upgrade or not.I'll suggest visit other store.

Mariano needs to be GM instead just AM. Spent the whole morning assisting me with a billing issue. Did everything under the sun and THEN SOME to take care of what I needed. Maintained composure throughout the countless back and forth calls between several customer services, did all the talking, and constructed different ways to help solve the problem without missing a beat. Even though there was only so much he could’ve don’t, From entrance to exit I felt my dilemma was is great hands ?

Ii went to this T Mobile on Momday afternoon.They were very early nice and courteous.The young man that waited on me was very polite and knowledgeable in regard to the problem that I was having with my cell phone and did not rush in rectifying it. The service was eccellent.I would recommend this store for cell phone problems.Shirley

Tried to go in and exchange an IPhone (never opened, still in shipping container) for another color due to a faulty website order. Was told that is impossible since I can only have a full receipt if I bought it in store. I said in had a full receipt since you are given one with online orders. Then was told it's a $70 restocking fee for them to literally put the never touched box on the shelf and give me a new one. Beyond the absolute rude and plainly incorrect customer service, they wanted to charge $70 to take a box from me and hand me a new one.

This is the T-Mobile where all friends work together. It has a youthful vibe, is kept clean and modern!On the other hand, the staff here are young and are short tempered and don't have time for those who are over 40 and need one-on-one assistance.This was my 2nd time at the location and both times I've noticed this. Staff all surround one another and you don't know whose staff and whose a customer, until you see the TMobile swag uniform.Try itYou'll find out what I'm speaking ofThis is a bad location for those over a certain age.Great for those under a certain age (teens and early 20's hip crowd). Think you're hip... lol wait til you go to this location!

Terrible customer service. I talked to a t-mobile rep at HQ who said I was eligible for a $50 upgrade to TCL with a trade-in. I came in, and the interaction started very nicely. But the t-mobile rep was incompetent, fumbling with the app on the tablet, asking her co-worker repeatedly for help. I removed SIM card from my phone and set it back to factory default settings. 30 minutes in, and my replacement phone still wasn't out from the back room, and the t-mobile rep was still fumbling, saying she needed to put the SIM card bac in my very old phone yet again, to get the friendly code out of it. I asked for supervisor, who admitted I was there for 30 minutes because I arrived when she went on break. Instead of helping get the process moved along and finished, she screeched at me, "I'm sorry if you had the expectation that this was going to be a quicker process." Horrible. I left. I will be taking my phone business elsewhere.

I needed to upgrade my phone, and worked with ROBERT yesterday. He was very professional and personable, and it was such a joy to work with him that I will be returning today to add another line to my account. Never knew that this was the T-Mobile phone repair site. Staff was helpful in evaluating my backup phones issue which was unfortunately unrepairable due to it's advanced age. No attempt at an up sell as I have newer working phone. A very busy location, but I was treated as though I was the only customer in the store.
