I could not use this one because it is in the basement level of the galleria, and my phone didn't get service. The one located on Kingshighway worked perfectly though ?

The ATM is located inside the movie theatre of the galleria. It is near the food court bottom level. The ATM worked much quicker then I expected, I ran into a problem with the amount received by sumbits. I called the number on the front of the machine and my issue was solved immediately. Great customer service.

Had an issue getting my sms code. Support was very helpful in suggesting connecting to Wi-Fi and tapping screen so it didn't timeout. All issues solved. Thanks you again.

I had an issue (on my end) trying to sell coins. My transfer didnt go through quickly enough. They called me later that day and straightened it out.
