Have you given up hope that no one will help? I did and let me tell you this company is top notch. Think you won’t get approved? Just try, we did after I thought no one would help because of the amount collections/debt for a cash out refinance.
Robert and Kelsey are top notch-dream team. Outstanding from start to finish. Always kept in contact, would get back to me even on a weekend or after hours. Never felt judged. I asked a billion questions because I was always so nervous we wouldn’t get approved with our credit and collections account. We had many, I truly didn’t think a cash refinance was an option for us at all. Robert reassured me over and over with our income and equity we got this. Kelsey always said we have your back-nothing to worry about.
Process was easy peasy.
Nick Trotter was my Client Experience Manager after my loan closed and funded. He was amazing-got us set up bi-weekly payments and explained everything to me.
