Was just at this store to drop of a return.
There were 3 people working behind the counter. All busy with customers in a friendly manner. As soon as one was done immediately asked if they could help me. Scanned my package and helpfully asked if I wanted the drop-off receipt. I have already received an email from the vendor that they have the return in their system. I would not hesitate to use this store in the future.

This UPS is probably the worst one I’ve been to. If you’re doing something fast it’s not a big deal but if you’re doing more expect to be treated poorly.

Everything you read in these reviews about bad energy is true it’s worth the drive to visit another UPS! A man behind the counter came actually came out to the kiosk and had an altercation with me about my Amazon return. I told him how uncomfortable he was making and can I please get help from another associate to try to de-escalate the situation and then he said no he was the OWNER and proceeded to take my item from the counter and wouldn’t let me affix the label. I began recording hoping I could make him second guess how unstable he was acting and have some accountability of his overreaction but his hostility only grew. It was all frightening/ unexpected and I just left as soon as I could and contacted Amazon. Highly recommend avoiding this location unless there’s a shift the owner isn’t there.

I went here despite the terrible reviews bc I had a simple Amazon return. The energy in that place was wild. Both the woman & man working had not a lick of a welcoming spirit. Then I walked in with the tiniest piece of trash & I asked where the trash can was (while asking I quickly noticed it) the man had the nerve to tell me, there should be a trash can outside (and wasn’t 😒) & I’m like oh well I see it here & he get’s a whole attitude. Good Customer service is far few these days. Sad AF!

Stopped here for the first time as a convenience for the area I was in and I can see why the reviews are bad I was directed to the self service kiosk which I detest but since I was there I did it as I was doing my returns the gentleman came over to me and stated you need to put your items in a bag with the label as you do them being novice at this I didn’t know that he was nice about it and when I was done I had a box he stated you will need this taped and I of course did not have tape he said that will be a $1 for tape. I get it things cost but cheese and crackers. Won’t be going to this location again.

I believe my package was stolen by one of the employees. I ordered my work uniforms to be delivered to this location, someone fraudulently signed for the package (the person who's name signed for it wasn't even there that day), my husband and I came in and called in multiple times in attempt to get my package/uniforms and we were constantly met with "Let me check. Nope, not here. Try again tomorrow." I called the place I ordered from asking for the UPS tracking number. Tracking shows they were delivered and signed for (again, signed by someone who wasn't even working that day). Place we ordered it from initiated a UPS case/claim and this store outright LIED in the investigation saying that we never came to pick it up, closing the UPS case. The package has not been returned to sender yet and it was "delivered" to this store on 06/03/2024. So if the package wasn't picked up by me nor my husband, isn't at the store, and hasn't been returned yet, where else would it be?! $130 down the drain because of their lies and deceit. "Acting manager" kept picking up and hanging up when my husband would repeatedly call. She even answered multiple times, yelling at him, "just leave a message, ok?!" This is also after we had left multiple messages with no return calls, so we already know their terrible track record of returning messages. The horrendous nature of this store tops my worst customer service experience ever. You will be treated horribly. Save yourself the headache. Go. Somewhere. Else. This place is the definition of a dumpster fire.
