I think this Verizon store gives old phones repackaged and says they're new. I got a "new" phone from here that was mispackaged when the clerk opened the box. Get your new phone from Apple or a different Verizon store.

Worked with Seth about Verizon home internet. Seth was very helpful and suggested I give it a try. Setting up the wifi was super easy, and it is more than adequate for our needs. So happy with Seth's service and advice as the $65/month savings.

Whitney was exceptional in helping me problem solve the issue I came in with. She was willing to teach me what I need to do, spent quality time showing me how to do things and then made sure my phone was in perfect shape before I left the store. A quality manager who sets a gold standard for her fellow employees!

In October of 2023, I went to a Verizon store to update my phone and was offered home internet for $35 a month. The salesperson explained to me that it would be cancellation-free at any time and with no fees. I tried it for a month but decided to cancel the next month because the internet simply did not work for me. Alright. I went to the store to return the equipment, but they could not accept it and asked me to call Verizon to request a return label. I received the label and returned the equipment, but I was still charged $540 for it. I went to the store hoping to understand why I was charged and was told to call 611 for support. After over 10 hours on the phone over multiple days, talking to multiple representatives who acknowledged a Verizon error to me, I was given a reference number that was supposed to assure me about my reimbursement, but I was never reimbursed! Today, after two hours on the phone, the representative gave me a credit of $200 for the inconvenience. After affirming that I was just waiting for the transfer to be made to my bank account, he informed me that he was unable to get approval for the reimbursement. I can't afford to pay over $500 for something I returned. I have kept all the texts, phone calls, emails and am ready to speak to a supervisor or someone higher up in the customer support hierarchy. How can I be helped? Thank you.

I went into the store today, it was my first time going to this store. I was helped by Ian Kopp. He was AMAZING! I had a unique situation which was a long story. But he was patient and fully listened. Which I really appreciated! Even though he couldn't help me in regards to Verizon, he gave me options of what I could do and was super helpful. He was really kind and nice! I'm very pleased with my experience! I'm glad he was the one to help me!

We had a good experience at Verizon. I went to get a new phone and switch on to my fiancés phone plan. The staff was really helpful with this whole process - they even printed off multiple plans so we could easily compare options and pick what was best for us. We were able to walk out with a new phone, a new phone plan, and a discount because I'm a nurse all in under an hour. It felt like they went out of their way to make sure we were getting the best deal possible which we so appreciated!

I worked with Jonathon to set up my new account. He offered a $200 bill credit for signing up and said it would reflect on the 2nd billing month. It did not, he did not tell me about it being a rebate and needing to submit forms to receive it. I’ve now been dealing with calling their help line to process this and it is still not resolved. He also tried to add other services that I did not need, had I not said anything he would have left it for a higher bill. I would not recommend using this location or sales rep.

Seth is the example interaction I love to see in this market space. Knowledgeable, responsive, and unwilling to waste my time. I came in knowing what I needed from a phone but not what phone did it. Seth provided me with several options at a range of price points. I had never pre-ordered a phone before but Seth made that process painless and routine. When my phone arrived at my home I brought it into the store to get it set up and Seth was there to finish the job!My only complaint is with the location itself. It's uncomfortable seating, no desks or organized workspaces. You've got to uncomfortably work through a sale or technical issue in horrible high, narrow, wooden stools. Which for a veteran like myself hurts my back.Seth is an exemplary employee. The ergonomics of the store however remind me of discounted elementary school chairs.

I will drive across town & city to get the top notch customer service this place employs. Deharra is did such a great job at being upbeat, knowledgable and helpful. She made me feel fortunate to know such quality staff is serving my celuar needs.

I upgraded a phone here. I had to be at an appointment and the sales person said not to worry, he would take care of everything and the new phone would be ready when I returned. He was right. I showed up and he had my new phone in a bag all ready to go. What I didn't know until a month later was that he changed my plan and added a bunch of features I did not request nor knew about until my new bill showed up $80 over what I normally pay. I contacted Verizon customer service and they said they would put it back to what I had. What I didn't know was that they were just giving me a credit. I'm on bill #2 now and they are still over charging me. I called customer service again and this time they said since it's been over 30 days they cannot change my plan back even though I talked to them over 30 days ago. I would be very aware of the undisclosed upselling at this store. It's a nightmare to try to get it corrected once they change it. I'm sure he got a nice commission out of it. In the meantime, I'll be checking out AT&T.

I stopped into this store to transfer my account to Verizon. Although I ended up experiencing a problem with my old provider that made this a very slow transaction, the staff at Verizon - Sean and the manager, Whitney - were incredibly helpful and patient. Excellent customer service!
