What a great dealer with which to work. Pick-up and Delivery included in the price was much appreciated. Employees of Ag-Power worked to understand my tractor's issues and then solved them.

Purchased a subcompact from Corey in Richmond. He did a great job handling everything and taking care of an issue that came up. He also followed up to make sure I was happy with everything. I ended up purchasing another tractor and since I had a good experience with Corey, I bought from him. He was competitive on price and has been keeping me updated. Waiting on delivery now but expect no issues. Will update once everything is delivered.
Tractor and implements were delivered and have had no issues. Everything was handled and Cory made things easy. Since delivery in January, I've purchased 2 more implements and they should be delivered next week. They've been very competitive with the bigger JD dealers and take care of anything that comes up. That's all I want in a dealer.

Corey promptly helped me with my purchase. He answered my many questions, provided a quote for my equipment, and we came to an agreement that worked for all of us. I think I was in and out in 20 minutes. James delivered my new mower, reviewed the features, and made sure I could start and operate the equipment to my satisfaction before leaving. It's such a pleasure to do business with a well run operation.

Worst Experience customer experience I've ever delt with.. Apparently they don't want me as a customer.. was looking to spend 30k here had already approved had the unit i wanted but have been dicked around for 2 days.. going to heritage and will just buy from them with out all this hassle. Take your money elsewhere i wouldn't recommend any of the ag power dealer ships.

Went in to spend couple hundred on parts . Waited 5?min for someone to look up from behind counter , but they didn’t seem to care . They were more interested in sheet rock shelves they were building at home I assume. Won’t be back .My time and money mean something to me.

Wish there sales man would give better service, called a month ago already about trading my gater, said he would get back to me, haven’t heard back since,?guess I might have to go to another store, or go look at another brand once?
