Went with a friend to get our hair cut and the lady that did my friends hair did a completely terrible job. It is not even and she is not a happy costumer. Would not recommend coming here ever!!!

I had a great lady do my hair. She was fantastic and cut it exactly the way I wanted! But when I got to the checkout I was floored that it cost $27 for a haircut! No shampoo, no styling, no product, just a haircut. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income, I cannot afford to go back there. Sorry ?

Whew... ok where to start. HOURS spent in the salon chair for what was supposed to be a color refresh. We are talking basic color service. Nothing fancy, no fantasy colors etc. 1. The stylist was new. Nice girl, but fresh out of school new. 2. I came in with the best possible palette to work with. Meaning, no color correction needed and no damage. Just grown out roots. 3. Somehow I ended up looking like a calico cat. My hair was patchy and all shades of yellow, brown, orange, and white. 4. The damage and breakage is so bad that the new, more experienced stylist I found and consulted with said it will be several months before she will do any color service on my hair. (Frustrating but I appreciate that she's not the type to charge a boatload of money knowing it's just going to further damage my hair.) 5. The prices on the 'menu' board are inaccurate. Plain and simple. What you see there is not what you will be charged at the end of your appointment. 6. In this tiny town and with a fresh out of school stylist who wrecked my hair ... I was charged over $300. That's right, $300 for my hair to be so damaged by this ONE salon visit that other stylists won't even touch my hair. Side note, the owner and the older lady stylist were talking very negatively about the younger stylists in the salon. I was in a corner while my hair was processing and I guess they didn't realize I could hear them. Terrible work Overpriced Negative atmosphere Unless you're looking for a quick place to get your toddler son a summer buzz cut ... stay away from this place. When my hair obviously looked bad at the end, the salon owner tried to suggest it was my fault because of the shampoo I use at home. I'm pretty sure Redken is salon recommended. Horrible vibes, quality, and service. The end.
