I Have been to this bank 2 different times now before 4pm and the drive through says closed. The first time we went got there around 3:30p maybe a few minutes later. Today we got there at 3:50p to deposit a check and it was already closed but it’s posted that it doesn’t close until 4pm. If your going to close before 4pm then you should probably change your hours so people who drive from other towns that bank with you guys don’t waste time and gas to get there just for you guys to be closed.

US Bank literally changed the way I view baking! All of my prior experiences with three other banks had convinced me the entire banking industry was a corrupt system with diabolical intentions being the foundation for all of the policies skillfully designed to manipulate and burden the average customer and for anyone living on an insufficient or fixed income these policies can create devastating circumstances for customers and their family.

I bank with USAA and I used a US banks ATM because my bank charges me no fee. I accidentally left my card in the machine when inside to retrieve it the bank told me they had to shred my card. Due to their company policy. My bank is going to have to send me out a card 5 to 7 days from now. The closest branch from my bank is in Texas. So now there's no way for me to pay bills,buy groceries, or get gas or any other thing. So now this bank has totally screwed me even though I can provide identification of who I am, three different forms at that. I highly suggest if you don't bank at US Bank never ever use their ATM. They have a horrible policy and no remorse for anyone in a bad situation. I am totally livid and lost right now.

They have a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is always a place to park or just use the drive thru. It is one of the best banks in town.
