They NEVER answer the phone!!!!!! It's very frustrating when you have a question then have to walk a half mile to get your answer cause they won't pick up the phone. It's ridiculous something needs to be done.

post carrier, Mariah, decided that my home was vacant when theres 3 cars parked outside, and took the mail to the post office, not letting anybody know. horrible postal carrier.

We had an order of chicks come in and they were supposed to call and let me know. The chicks got to the post office and they never let me know. The next day (which was a Saturday) they brought them out because they forgot to call me and didn’t want to leave them sitting there over the weekend and most of them were dead!
