This is our second stay at the Branson Cove with Rent Branson. We absolutely love these cabins. This particular one was the Lily Pad. So clean & very comfortable for our party of 6. We will continue staying here for future visits!

Upon arrival at our vacation home, we had waited outside for 35 mins because they had not changed the code to our customized access code, with no phone number to call, i messaged them on the airbnb website and got a reply an hour and a half later. Luckily one of our people found a number and they said it was a “maintenance issue” and gave us another random code (a different one than given in the first place) to open the door to our rental. The beds are all hard as a rock, no one slept well. The pool area is dirty and under construction. The house was spacious and they did offer a lot to do within the house (games, grill, hot tub..) but upon departing we had left our large bluetooth speaker, and i had reached out about it the next day, and they couldn’t give me an update for 2 days of housekeeping found it or not. So i call on the 3rd day asking again, and they had sent me a picture of it, and said i needed to purchase a UPS return label for it to be picked up at their office AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT RETURNED IT (we departed on 7/30, and it’s 8/7). There’s no way it takes 8 days to return an item to a customer that was left behind. I had called the office and asked if i could talk to the house keeping people myself, and they said i wasn’t allowed to do that, and the girl had a nasty attitude, so I had asked for her manager, and they promised me to keep me updated, and I still have not received any type of emails or phone calls regarding this return. Customer service is 0/10. God forbid you leave anything behind or have any issues because they will not communicate with you.

Do not purchase the Red Sky Travel Insurance that is pushed throughout the booking process, it's a complete joke. We had to cancel our trip due to a blizzard and no travel advisories and will not be getting a refund. The travel insurance denied our claim (took 4+ months), and Rent Branson is only offering to give us our pet deposit and cleaning fee back. We will not book through them again.

Stayed with my family over the weekend. When we got to the cabin it didn’t look very clean with white pet hair left on bed spreads. My daughter had white hair on her pants and we were all very itchy too during our stay. But I’m not much of complainer so we just ignored it and made the best of it.We cleaned up the cabin afterward and I felt we left it pretty nice. Afterward, I got multiple emails from the company accusing us of having a pet. Then they sent pictures of the white hair on the bedspreads. I called and told them we brought NO pet and the hair was there when we got there, but they continued to accuse us. Then they said we broke a picture frame too and sent us pictures of a few crumbs and a bottle cap on the floor saying we didn’t clean up. My husband and I both made walk through the cabin and noticed no broken picture frame on the floor before we left. I felt like we left it very clean. I wiped counters down, swept, and followed the departure rules.I called to try and talk with them but they continued to accuse us. I’ve never been treated this way before. They would not listen to us. It was horrible. They charged us $123 extra for it. Never again. Don’t stay at RENTBRANSON!

My wife and I take a trip to the woods near Branson every year. This cabin was by far the best we have selected. Clean, private, and had every amenity needed. It's about 30 minutes from Branson, but it is nestled into the woods of Blue Eye. It is a private and peaceful place to visit. It was comfortable, warm, and cozy. The hot tub was wonderful in the wintertime, the house had nice holiday touches, and we were able to observe a lot of while relaxing on the back deck. The check in instructions were clear, and best of all their check out list is very small, simple, and reasonable. Valerie was responsive to all of my communication. We will definitely be back.

Rentbranson.com BEWARE!!!!I rented a beautiful home for $3000 for 4 nights, something with the family came up tried to change the date, the my wanted to charge me another $1000. So I was a hard no. When I went to cancel which was 5 months prior to the date we rented it for, they said be refund you only have 24 hours to get your money back. WTH! I have never had this problem with Vrbo or anybody really!! So the only way to get your money back is if the house rents by someone else for the dates you rented. Our house did not rent for all the dates so we just lost that money! They do not return phone calls, they make you jump through every hoop you can think of to get your money back!! Buyer beware this company is not for the consumer!! Use any else!!!

We rented a 4 bedroom home for a family Christmas for 3 nights. During our second night the pipes froze because the mechanical door come open in the middle of the night (a door we did NOT have access to). We informed them immediately of the issue and they sent someone over but said there wasn't much they could do. We spent two of our 3 day \"vacation\" without running water and had to drive two miles to even use the bathroom. They had SEVERAL homes they could have replaced us in, but they didn't. We expected to be refunded for at least two of the three days lodging, but instead was offered a $200 credit. I'm sure this company is great to work with if everything goes well, but if it doesn't be prepared for feeling taken advantage of and money wasted. Worst vacation we've ever been on.

We rented the Lakeside Retreat near Table Rock Lake. The house was perfect for our big group. It was well appointed, plenty of linens and cookware, and extremely clean. No issues at all. I would rent from this company again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed renting a house with RentBranson. Office workers were very professional, especially Elaiana, who gave us a great service. She was always willing to help and to answer any question we had, for example giving quotes for houses that might fit our needs. She never showed that she was anxious to end our calls, and gave us the confidence that we will get what we need. Thank you all.- D. Prieto

My husband and I stayed at Hummingbird Hideaway, one of the rentals available and it was awful. The few pictures I provided do not do it justice that there were hundreds of dead bugs all over the house. On counters, all on the hardwood floors, within the carpet, in the bathrooms, on the shower floors, in the freezer, all over the stove, the window sills, THE BED, literally everywhere!! We didn't arrive to the house until 9pm and after driving 10 hours that day, we were forced to clean the house to make it livable as we needed showers and a bed after the day of travel. RentBranson (the host) was notified via Airbnb that night with comments and pictures, especially because we paid a cleaning fee and couldn't check in early because 'their cleaning team needed to clean'. This place had so many dead bugs and grime everywhere that you could tell it had not been cleaned in months. We never heard back from RentBranson that night and when I woke early, I again messaged them and texted their office number. They apologized for the issues, offered to send house cleaning and said a refund cannot be offered until we have departed after our trip. I declined housekeeping as my husband and I had already cleaned that night before or we would have had no where to sleep or shower and agreed to work out a refund after our trip. After our trip, RentBranson refused to offer a refund using the excuse 'they offered housekeeping and we declined' even though this was AFTER we already had to clean the house to actually stay there that first night. They also liked to downplay the issue saying it was a 'few flies' when it was FAR from that. I battled on Airbnb and was finally given a partial refund from Airbnb not the host for my troubles. Absolutely ridiculous. I understand they have many properties and maybe the others are good experiences and actually taken care of but I highly recommend everyone stay clear of Hummingbird Hideaway. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!! I usually don't write many reviews but I am a strong believer in people knowing the truth in situations like these as I wouldn't want anyone else going through this.

What a fantastic stay! I was originally looking on VRBO and Air B&B. But then decided to go directly through Rent Branson. It went so well. We saved some money and had an amazing trip. We got a 2 bedroom condo overlooking the lake with an amazing view. And with a family of 7 we were hoping not to feel too tight in a condo. But the Treehouse 1101 condo was perfect for the family our size. Such an amazing view! My favorite part was sitting on the balcony drinking a hot cup of coffee watching the sunrise!

Great experience in every way! Our family booked a last minute week long trip to Branson and looked at dozens of lodging options across all different sites. We knew what we wanted - a beautiful place that was clean and well-maintained, would be our little "getaway" from life's stress and noise, had enough space for all of us, and would be within our budget. Once we saw the location (and new builds!) in Branson Cove, we knew that was where we wanted to rent.Alexis helped us with our questions, and the home was as pictured - and just a bit more than described on Rent Branson's website, with a hot tub and fire table now on the back patio. We had a delightful week and enjoyed being able to get back to the home for down time, particularly with the family room fireplace!A few other things that applied to our rental at Branson Cove and may not apply to other rentals (but someone reading this review may care about asking about one of these things when renting somewhere): our bed was firmer than some other places we've rented (but we prefer firm), both the indoor and outdoor Branson Cove pools were very cold (good thing we had a hot tub to go back to…), every bedroom had a bathroom, all tvs are “smart", and the dining table (and kitchen) was large and could fit a good number of guests. Did I mention everything was clean?!?Thank you Rent Branson for helping make a refreshing week for us! We look forward to renting again with you!

We stayed in one of the cabins a few years ago for our anniversary. It was very nice!! I just made our reservation for our upcoming anniversary. Very excited to go again. We are trying out a different cabin this time just for fun. Can't wait!
