“They aren’t trying to rip you off on pricing. If you use a card, there’s a clearly posted fee. The employee is just adding the fee to the cost of the item before ringing it in. Solid shop, no complaints from me.”
“Lit Smoke Shop is a northeast classic. I’ve been going here for years on a monthly basis and I haven’t had a bad experience here at all. I’m not sure why I’ve never reviewed this shop. The prices have been fair and this shop is always clean and in good shape. The customer service here has always been great as well. The Boss man happened to be here today and he gave great customer service to everyone as he usually does. He showed me a new product along with a display for the product that allows you to hit every single flavor as you so choose. Disposable tips are put on the pen to avoid contact with the actual display product. I pulled it one time and I knew that it would be a banger. Best “Icy” product I’ve ever tried, it felt like I ate a couple mints after hitting it. Very reliable smoke shop and a good rewards system as well. I’ve never had to go to a different smoke shop.”
“Cheapest price in town for cigarettes and all other things. My brand of cigarettes cost me $8.00 a pack where I normally bought them. I went in and they suggested an off brand I could try. They taste the same and only cost me $2.37 a pack. Everyone there is nice to work with, always in a good mood.

“I really enjoyed the Outlaw based in Overland Park, so when I moved to Kansas City, I was thrilled to find out I lived within a mile of this location. Everytime I walk in, I'm immediately greeted by a bunch of super nice gentleman who will let you browse the collection uninterrupted, and you can just enjoy trying to find a nice new cigar. But when you do need something, the staff is incredibly helpful and makes fantastic suggestions. Out of the 4 recommendations they've made I've enjoyed every single one of them.
