Terribly inconvenient hours, clerks don’t care about their job. One time I was mailing a package to my grandmother from this location and forgot her zip code. The lady at the counter said that this wasn’t a problem and that she’d take care of it. My grandma never received the package.

This is a stand alone building with full retail services. It is in Riverside and is usually not too busy. Nice staff to interact with.

It's not a coincidence that this post office has a sub 2-star rating. You have a 50/50 chance, at best, of someone actually staffing the desk during posted business hours. I needed to send a piece of certified mail this morning and made the mistake of selecting this location. Their posted hours, even within the post office, states they open at 10:00 AM. I and several other customers left after waiting 10 minutes without seeing anyone even make an attempt to open the post office. Don't waste your time driving to this location unless you simply want to drop a piece of mail in their drop box.

Poor delivery service, I've had several packages delivered to the wrong houses on my street, one time in a mailbox down the street to a house that hadn't been lived in for years! Yesterday was the last straw, medications that I need were delivered to a home several houses down the street, That package was hand delivered by good neighbor (who also has had several delivery issues). If the obnoxious rude delivery person hates his job GET ANOTHER ONE and stop wasting our time and money. So looking forward for his delivery retaliation now!

I am not going to rate this PO. They have had a 1st class package of mine since 3-9-23. It was supposed to have been delivered to me in Iowa on March 10th. It is hung up at this PO. Nobody answers the phone to ask why. IT'S A 1ST CLASS PACKAGE SO IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED ON FRIDAY MARCH 10TH.

I understand everyone has a lunch break but if a customer is in you're postal service office and your still there working behind the desk why not help them? Bad I see why it's rated a 1.9 star.

AMANDA was smiley, welcoming and helpful. There were three other clients before me and she was polite and helpful with each and everyone. As I was walking out the lady coming in also complemented Amanda for smiling and being friendly. From here on out I'll drive the extra minutes to drop off my packages at this location. Thank you!

I live down the street from this location. The hours are so inconvenient that no one can ever get in here to do business like ship or pick up packages. Not to mention the lady at the front desk is so rude. I had to open up a PO Box at a UPS store near my work on the other side of town because they have more convenient hours in which I can ship and receive packages.
