Friendly staff from my experience and fast loading. Slide tandems, chock wheels then go sit in shipping office after they give you a dock. Got loaded in under 30mins.

Unloaded me quick. I drive a cargo van. Not open 24hrs. The guy at the front desk told me they close at 3pm. Also they’re closed on Saturday.
