Every time I go in here everyone has an attitude . I don’t understand the animosity and anger towards someone you don’t know. Doesn’t make any sense at all.

Today Friday 10/22 at 4:22p the Indian man who is a staff member denied me service because I had a passport instead of a license. This is illegal and a form of discrimination. Corporate reach out to me immediately. I also will be in contact with the city of Rockhill in regards to this matter. Josh is the best employee you all have you are luck to have him.

Cashier Zia told me he couldn't make change for a $10, I'd have to buy something. I bought three things and each time he was rude and would not give me change. Very unprofessional experience. Store 27092.

We were at this store a couple times, and every single time there is crowd, but theres just one girl working ! There’s a white guy too but most times he’s just on his phone or minding his business while the crowd waits for the girl to wait on them! This is ridiculous! Hope the management was better than this! She’s doing an excellent job managing all the customers, is never rude, doesn’t keep us waiting for long but yes I wish others were as efficient as her too!We have always loved coming here and we will continue to do so!

They lie about prices to steal your money. And never use the 711 app because they don't follow protocol regarding the app. This place is disgusting

After waiting about 5 to 10 minutes for the employee to show up in the first place so I can check out the guy that came barely spoke English, didn't care that I had been sitting there for way too long, and clearly didn't know anything about anything but especially didn't know how to work the cash register or what discounts they offer... especially since my card got charged 3 times for 1 purchase and he tried telling me it will get refunded... I love 7 elevens because they have really good deals and everyone I have been to has been great I have no idea how someone like that can be hired

I always have a wonderful experience at this 7-11. All of the people working are great, but Shreya is incredibly helpful and friendly. She consistently goes above and beyond to help me find anything I am looking for, and she even gave me some great recommendations. I would highly recommend this 7-11 to anyone looking for a great customer experience.

So after my long painful 11 hour shift at a car dealership I decided to stop in and get a simple five dollar scratcher on a Friday afternoon whoever the old guy is with the glasses is an absolute dick I told him I wanted to buy a $5 scratch and he says I'm not selling you anything until I see an ID And I said I'm sorry I left it in my car let me go get it I ran out and got it I got back in line and I apologized to him about that and told him it's been a long day I gave him my drivers license he just did a quick glance at it and he said "sorry I don't feel comfortable selling to you, this is a fake ID please leave my store now" i'm 20 years old and I'm trying to buy a goddamn scratch off if it was a fake ID why wouldn't I not get one that was 21or over I can't even work for a goddamn car dealership if I wasn't 18 or over I mean I understand if the dude is working a very long shift because I go through that too but that doesn't mean be disrespectful and rude to other people especially telling paying customers that probably go through the same struggles he goes through on a daily basis to piss off

I visit this gas station frequently and I tried to purchase tobacco products with my government ID that shows my legal age and always scans EVERYWHERE AND AT THIS LOCATION but for some reason wasn't scanning and I asked for him to try it again and he told me it said it wasn't found and it's not real when in fact it is. He kept it by him and wouldn't give it back insinuating it was fake but he never even looked at it just tried to scan it and left it face down on the counter close to him. I grabbed it and left frustrated and said "not my f**ing night" which I'll admit wasn't great but I was just frustrated at the stupid situation and the man behind the counter said "f*** you" so yeah never coming back here. Could've just looked at my ID or entered the # by hand but instead of was just rude and tried to keep my legal ID. I don't know why he couldn't have been somewhat understanding that it could've been user error he automatically treated me like a criminal. He never once even looked at it.

Get that destroyed portable sign at the corner repaired or replaced. It has been like that for weeks. Have a little pride in your place of business, lazy bones.
