Just stopped in for fuel, a bathroom, and to grab a snack and a drink for the last leg of our road trip from Kansas City to Omaha. Everything was fine.

I've been to many Casey's. I stopped in here Rock Port, Missouri, fueled, bought a snack and a cup of ice, in my Casey's mug I've had for years, and she charged me $.63 for ice in my own cup! First place this has ever happened. I've never had to pay for ice from the soda machine. I could have bought the ice, soda, and there cup for $.89. As you can guess I won't stop there again!

People are polite but this joint gets slower every time I visit. I ordered pizza online, 90 minutes early to be ready AT 4 (as the online pick up states) and they started my pizza at 4. Now I'm sitting, waiting, wasting my time.

Arrived at Rock Port, Mo Casey's at 1p.m. Nothing in either warmer..ask if a fresh pizza was coming out of the oven soon and she said no..but i can make you on..takes about 8 minutes. Everyone knows it takes longer than 8 minutes to prepare and bake a pizza. I was very upset over this not to mention angry and disappointed. Today was the first time i ever walk into a Casey's and the warmers were empty..now if this had been 11p.m. i would have understood..but not at 1p.m. So how are you going to fix this problem. I'm calling corporate and there manager.

I'm disabled , normally I can pump my own gas.I got a new debit card and it would work at the pump. I'm cripple and have to use a walker and can't walk very far.So I called inside and asked for help. They won't busy. So the person I spoke with told her I need some help.No problem she said someone will be out to help you. 24 mins later still no help. So I left. It's pretty sad when someone is disable and gets treated this way.I will never use your store and I'll tell everyone I know how you treat the disable

Rude a** clerk. Some little girl with no customer service and didn't ask if I need a bag after having bought 3-4 drink and a box of donuts. My dollar are as green as the locals I don't recommend this Casey if this girl ain't gonna treat everyone with respect. Horrible pizza too it seem too dry to be served.

Went at 4:30pm to grab a slice of pizza. Every slice had been sitting there since at least noon. No cook anywhere. Don’t waste your time.
