Only issue is the single curb between lanes. Just low enough an on an incline for you to not see it and clip it with your trailer. Otherwise very well maintained.

One of very few places on the lake where you can go and fish without being barked at without a boat.

Small but big enough dock for whatever
So there's 2 docks. Ones meant for fishing in the other one is meant for launching your boat and tying off.

Fantastic location to put your boat in, plenty parking and restroom facilities on site. You are near millionaires cove so you get your see the “flashy” part of the lake
