Low stock on vitamins/meds that don’t tend to get restocked ever.
Customer service is fairly good, except for the “higher ups” having their degrading meetings with their employees right at the doorway so your customers know how much of a jerk they can be to work for.
From one manager to another, do your training/coaching in the office.
Not infront of customers!

Customer service is horrible at this store
Employee named Doyle is very rude and should not be working in customer service had an issue with a return and he handled very immaturely

Lady that post to be training rather talk on her cell phone than help a customer. I had other questions, but ur life with that phone is more important than a paying customer and the new kid that was in training was sorry for not knowing the things I needed help with.

This store is supposed to open at 8 AM. I arrived at 8:35 and it was closed. Other customers were waiting also and we were calling the store but there was no answer.

New Management!!! Finally, they are getting a team together that seems to be focusing on changing and improving the issues that plagued this store! The store is clean, isles can easily be maneuvered, the product is being put up, and staff is readily available to assist! I actually was able to find everything on the SHELF and not dig for it on the stock carts! This is an older store that seemed to be forgotten and neglected. Now, the manager and staff seem to care and actually take pride in the store, appearance, and customer service. I will always choose and support local businesses that promote customer service and employees who strive to make a difference! Great job to Rogersville Dollar General employees! ?

It’s convenient and besides it we have the Apple Market so whoever is benefiting from Dollar General renting the space knows people will shop it even with its dirty floors and trashy checkout areas. Honestly, to feel as if you’ve not shopped a third world market, go to the one out on 60. Three stars because those who work there try and are always nice and readily available. If it weren’t for them I’d give a one star review…do better.

Ok, I'll start out by saying that I Love the Dollar General in Fordland, Missouri. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and easy to maneuver through.

Staff is always friendly bit the store is always trashed. Can't even walk through the aisles eith a cart because stuff is piled in the aisles.

Nice store. Has been around forever so it has some wear and tear, but overall it's got friendly people working there and you'll find plenty of stuff you're looking for there.
